These people are the biggest scam and fraud to exist. They show up to your house bringing two noisy and hot dryers to dry the area and then try to overbill you for doing nothing. Since they can't repair the damage they call one of their affiliates in the area to do building and demolishing jobs. Their accounting department can't get their numbers correct and never do send you an itemized bill with all the work they done. You will receive harassing and aggressive messages all the time to pay up. They are not transparent and will pull any numbers they want then add a late fee and hang up on you when you call in. Highly obnoxious, highly deceitful want over $5000 for doing nothing but put in blowers. which will make your house loud and over 70 db and overheat as well. They have numerous negative reviews all over the internet on Ripoff Report, BBB and elsewhere and running a huge scam. They did not submit paperwork to insurance and try to lie about it as well. Really annoying and despicable people with dirty tactics. Don't use them. They take advantage of people in vulnerable situation such as having a flood, the water heater guy recommended these people and I regret it. Also they are billing the wrong person and trying to swindle out as much money as they can, I am not the estate owner. Absolutely, ridiculous to try to bill someone over 5K for bringing in 2 blowers and doing nothing !
