Returns
Fanhood Gearwants you to be fully satisfied with your order and we will happily acceptreturns, within 30 days of delivery. Many of the items on our site shipdirectly from the manufacturer.

If you are looking to returnyour manufacturer direct item, please follow the instructions below:

-Contact our Customer Service department andadvise of the item you would like to return
-Please provide us with detailed information, including your ordernumber, item you are returning, as well as why you are returning your item
-Once you have contacted us, we will review your request and providefurther instructions
-If you need to attach a photo, to ensure we can view yourattachment, please do not send over files larger than 25MB.

Manufacturer Direct items that are Game Used, Vintage,Customized and Personalized cannot be returned

Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with originaltags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival beforeyour refund is processed.

Manufacturer direct items cannot be returned after 30 days.
* It can take up to 10 business days for us toreceive and process your return. Once processed, your refund can take up to 2-7business days to reflect on your account statement.

All returns must be in theoriginal undamaged packaging. You can contact us for return instructionsat Customer Service. In most cases, shippingcharges will not be refunded. Exceptions can be made for mis-shipments ordefects but you will need pre-approval prior to shipping the return so pleasecontact us first.
