I placed an order through an Instagram add for this company in the amount of $75.20 on 1/3/25. The website promises a packaging time of 1-2 business days for instock items. When I purchased the items there was no warning about anything being low or out of stock. The automated email responses I received trying to resolve this issue stated that it only takes 7-10 business days to re-stock and ship. The items I purchased that are out of stock are still available on the website to purchase. It has been 20 business days since I placed the order. Ultimately I asked for a refund as it seems like this order will not make it to me. The email response says they applied to cancel the order, IF the cancellation is successful. The phone number provided to contact goes to a full answering machine that doesnt state the company name or anything. **************** Ive seen other customers complaining on socials that this company doesnt ever ship items or if they do they are NOT the same as advertised. Placed order on december *******. Did not receive a tracking number for order and reached out to company on January ******* to inquire about my order. I was assured it was on its way and got a tracking number. It was to be delivered today January *******. I purchased 2 items from this company on January 6th. Their shipping policy says items are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. After a week I still had not received a tracking number. I attempted to contact them, they do not have a customer service # only email. No one would respond for days. I received a generic explanation about supply issues (not listed on their website at all!!). It has now been over a month and I STILL have received nothing, of course they've taken my money though. I've emailed them again numerous times, finally received the same generic response I received the first time. Upon checking reviews this seems to be what everyone dumb enough to order from this company is experiencing currently. Either receiving their orders months later, not receiving them at all, and receiving no refund. This company is a joke and needs to be shut down for dishonest business practices and plain stealing. I've been scammed before and thought this was a reputable company but it's not.Initial Complaint

I have contacted and contacted this company for probably about a month now. You can barely get someone to contact you back and when they do its only in brief forms. They at one point said they was doin the refund process then nothing else and still no refund or contact back.Initial Complaint

I ordered from feelingirl on 12/21/2024 I ordered 3 items + 1 free item. They were to arrive by 1/1/2025. After seeing several comments online that people never got the items I began to worry. On 1/8/2025 I received a email stating they have sent the free item. They other items are out of stock and would be sent in 4-7 days. No option to cancel or refund. I paid through After pay and tried getting help. To this day they have still not helped me. I have tried calling Feelingirl customer service and they never answer or have a professional answering voice service. They have don't this to not only me but several other hundred people based on online comments. Order took some time to get. Item is significantly small. I used their chart and ordered according to their suggestion. I reached out for several days since the delivery and only one response. I got a link and the options for why I want to return were not applicable to my circumstances. I tried one of them and was denied a return. Again Ive reached several times and still no response. The bra rolls up on you. It does a weird shape to the girls and its an Itchy material. For sure doesnt hide anything fat wise and actually pushes it around. All of which their videos claim it does not do. And did I mention its way too small despite their size requirement? Its child like sizes. It will stretch however it looses the shape and support. The fact that its been several days of no response is infuriating as I spent $28 for a bra thats useless. All these positive reviews did me in and I purchased. Only to have a bad experience and find out thats actually more common with this company.Initial Complaint

December 22nd, 2024 $63.97 I never received my 4 items. I contacted them and asked him what happened and they said everything was out of stock and I said well just give me a refund because it's been over 10 days and I've been trying to get a refund from them since and they keep sending me the same email. Will cancel your order and give you a refund or do you want to wait 15 more days and I have copies of all the emails and the screenshots and I just found out there are two companies listed for that same address Shapllx and feelingirl. I ordered an item on Dec 15. Money was withdrawn from my account on 12/16. There is no update on order status. I have emailed. Called. Written a review on trust pilot. Direct messaged on two social media platforms. Nothing.
