I purchased four dresses for my July 24th vacation. I made the purchase on June 17, more than a month prior to my trip. I continue to get excuses about the location of my purchases. Order received 7/5/2025 I emailed them and initiated a return but The only thing you can do is send them an email. They don't actually have a refund that you can initiate online. I have not gotten a response. I don't like the shady practices that they use on ******** by having all these people post videos wearing their bra showing that they are extremely flexible and are made for larger breasted women. When you actually receive the product they are super tiny. On their website they claim these bras can fit a 40-in chested woman. But when you receive them they are barely able to stretch out past 13 in. The material feels like a pantyhose type material and does nothing like they say it is on the website. They claim that you can try The bras hassle free and easy to return but that is not the case if you're having to wait up to 30 days to even get a response.Business Response

6/2 I received a package with a bra and a tank top, (I've previously bought seven other bras from them.) The whole point is they make you pay each time you buy anything, which has been four separate occasions for me, a "hassle free purchase" charge of $1.58, so when I clicked on that before I ever purchased anything, it said worry free purchase, it also said guaranteed. So to return it you have to email them, thereis no phone number. I emailed them and they gave me three options, none of which were hassle free, i have to pay to send it back, NO WHERE did it say that. I am attaching the email that says the options, They offer you 20% of your money back if you decide to keep it and don't it. I dont want it, i didnt fit. Sending back the product without charge and getting money back which is what to me guaranteed and hassle free purchase means. Especially the fact that you had to pay for each purchase this "worry free returns". I wrote them on 6/3 saying I wanted my money back. I was not happy with their answer of the three options. I have an email link also if needed but I have to pay to send it back. Unbelievable. Total false advertising!! I have looked everywhere for a phone number for them and trust pilot gave one, but no one answered or no voicemail. I have no wayto contact them besides to do what they say or eat the $24. Please advise me on how to continue because now it is the principal. They totally make it sound like you don't have to pay to return it since you're paying that hassle free return. I feel like they should have to remove that worry free hassle price and fake statement, even and if I have to PAY to send it back and get my money back, I will- BUT they need to take that statement down, that is absolutely false advertising.
