I ordered 6 items from them. After waiting 3 weeks I contacted them. They said delayed delivery due to the California fires. Okay, no problem.... another 3 weeks...nothing. contacted them again. Finally after 4 months I got a package with 4 items, 2 of which were items I didn't order....contacted again asked for a refund and to return everything because I was done dealing with it. $8 fee to return lol. Whatever at this point I dont care. They sent me a return label, I packaged everything up and sent it back. A month later no refund... it has been 6 months of dealing with thisBusiness Response

I purchased three items (one was a "mystery purchase" with no return policy, which is fine). But the other two items (bras) were too small. I emailed about a return, followed all instructions and have yet to receive my return. I have called several times only to get a recording. I have emailed and some one always replies with apologizes asking to give more time or they are working on things.Business Response

March 26 2025 I made a purchase for $111.56 for four items.march 31 I made an email inquiry. They responded that there was a delay and would give me a discount on future orders.April 5, they responded that the shipment would go out within 4-7 days April 21, 2025 I made an email inquiry. April 23, 2025 they sent me a tracking number. It was not legitimate.I recurved an email thats stated that my items wa sour for deleivert- the tracking number gave no information. I never receive anything.May 3 I sent another email inquiry.May 4 they responded we found that your package was unable to be delivered and is currently untraceable. and asked if I wanted it resent. I requested the items be sent yes. I paid for my products and I would like them.They responded that Due to the large order volume and even the inadequate inventory of some products, it will take longer. The order was placed March 26. 2025. I was. Given an untraceable shipping number and have still not received my items or a refund.Business Response

I made an order on 4/10 and after two weeks with no shipping updates, i inquired with customer service. I was told my order was located in one of their distant warehouses and additional time was needed to prepare and transport. after waiting an additional two weeks i again followed up after checking the tracking number and the order wasnt found. At that time i was told there was a thorough check and my order was undeliverable and untraceable and was asked if i wanted to proceed with re-shipment of the order. i replied no, that i would like a refund instead. i received a response that stated my order tracking number now shows the label has been created which means the package is awaiting pickup or processing by the center. I did not request another order be sent and the original tracking number still has no information. i did not receive email confirmation of a new order or a new tracking number. They are giving me the run around for a refund. I dont want the product anymore nor do I ever desire to purchase anything from this website again after this experience. It has been a frustrating waste of time and unnecessary hold up of my money.Business Response

I ordered two lace body suits on March 21st under the guise that the company ships in 2 days. I understand that things can take longer so I wanted about a week. After only receiving an order confirmation and planning on having one of the items for an upcoming trip on April 7th, I emailed the company asking for an update. The update informed me that had I ordered their vests or another item that was on sale, shipping was delayed. I informed them that neither of my items were in fact the sale items. They informed me that even so, my items were still also delayed and would ship in another 4-7 days. I waited. After the remaining 4-7 days had passed, I reached out again and was informed that this was absolutely not a scam and that my order was just delayed and an update would be given soon that was April 13th. We are now about to move into the month of May and I have suggested a refund in my last email and they seem almost reluctant to do so. I would rather at this point take my business elsewhere and just get my money back!Business Response

I ordered this bra they've advertised on April 5. I have yet to receive my order. I have informed delivery with the **** so I can 'see' my mail and packages as they move through the system. The tracking number they gave, when entered says 'no data available' so it's bogus. In the SHOP add it states it's in transit-that's a lie. I have reached out three times via email, and it was only after I commented on their page on Instagram dI they reach out and ask for my email address and shipping number. It was via that email where they said they would refund me if the order hadn't been shipped. The **** does not have possession of saud packages.Business Response

I never received any item. I was told it was shipped, then upon checking status it says error. I was told again it was shipped once I requested a refund. Told again it was shipped and given the same tracking number with the same results, not found /error unknown. My order is still unfulfilled even on the official website. On 4/5/2025 I placed order for apparel from this website. I attempted outreach within 2 weeks of not receiving correspondence about the item that had not shipped. The company responded stating they would issue a refund, responding with there's no guarantee of when a refund will occur as it takes several days. They stated I would receive an email. Ordered bras for my wife in Dec 2024 and haven't recieved them, when emailed the company I was denied a refund even and told that my package was lost in transit and will be sent a new one. Now being April 18th I still haven't recieved any new tracking information on my package being resent when emails about it again I was sent the same tracking information from the original package -that was lost in ********** I email the company stating they had 72 hrs to send me a refund or for me to finally recieve my items or I was going to take these steps and dispute the charges with my bank.
