  Just filed my second complaint with the BBB on this company. Awful communication. Nothing but the run around. *********** is a lie. Poor quality work and good luck getting them out to make repairs. Fully regret doing business with them. Waiting for a class action and maintaining my documentation until then.

  im not sure about buglar alarm systems in ********** but I live in ********** ******** and had amp titanium install solar panels on our house last year. Our bill has been consistently under 200$ all year long vs being over 350 year round with LGNE. WE LOVE GREEN POWER! thank you amp

  Do Not Buy. It has been almost a year and I can't get them to schedule an inspection. I get a call center/ work from home guy that lies to me every time I call. Emails go un answer. There is no supervisor to speak to. At this point I don't believe they had any intention of scheduling an inspection or giving me a working product.

  Today is October 8,2023. Titanium solar started my project on October 20 2022. Yup. One year ago they started messing up my house. In January they were trying to get a crew to come over and fix.....ruined custom rain gutters, damaged all of my ridge cap ,made holes in my roof that caused leaks...Bre, in charge of dealing sce,responds to a problem with, " we are so sorry for..... We will take care of it as soon as we can. My project was delayed every since they got on my roof. 1st inspection had so many corrections that the city said that I had more corrections then he has every seen. This was backed up by ********. He answers the phone. I called Titanium and asked what was taking so long? I was informed that they were waiting for the city to reply. Straight out lie. I was in constantly in touch with the city. The city had finished the same day and emailed Titanium. Titanium lied,but that's what they do. Their only in business for the $$$. They had been doing this for a couple years,until they went bankrupt. Another company took them over. They are doing the same crappy work. At the beginning, they get you to sign a contract, along with a loan. Now, then have your money and you must make your payments or your credit score takes a dump,but you need to keep paying. A couple months ago I got a call from their loan company asking how do I like my solar. I informed them that it's not finished. Within a couple weeks Their loan company cut all ties to Titanium. I have notes,names,dates ,and promises. My book about Titanium solar will be in bookstores in about 6weeks. "The lies are flowing at Titanium Solar. " Keep an eye out for it.

  This company is wicked, no good , it's been 100 days and i can my electric to pass for inspection nothing was done correctly, no labeling on meters box , no ground wire Protect my home.This is a mad black woman ** messing with.

  This company titanium solar didn't put the panels on right drilled holes to where my mom roof is leaking she lost her tv due to water damage and they do not want to replace it they still have not fix the issue of the leak and they been out here on the roof several times now my mom has a hole in the ceiling due to the water damage and the rain. On top of my mom got her electric bill over a thousand dollars she was promised that that would not happen this company is not one to work with her do business they are unprofessional and do not fix the issues I will never recommend this company to anyone.

  Beware!!! Horrible predatory company duped my elderly mother and other elderly neighbors. I moved away 3 years ago and because I have the same name as my mother they just reported me to collections for over $4,000! My mom is nearly 80 and I haven’t lived there in 3 full years but because my mother told them to pick up equipment and she never agreed to contract they are now sending me to collections! I have a new job and do not want to take the time to have to go to war with this trash company!

  Zero stars save yourself of frustration dealing with these people. All I have after 4 months is an additional $ 100 a month bill .

  Worst company to deal with. Always increasing you monthly fee very often. giving you hard time when contract due so they can charge you monthly for the service. They will be looking for any reason to over charge for service and refuse to do full refunds for. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH ANY ACCOUNT INFORMATION OR CREDIT CARDS INFORMATION!!!!!!!!!They lie to make the sale and not tell about % increase in pmts. I GIVE THEM “000” stars. Very frustrating to deal with them for 3 years and be on the phone many times for more then 2 hrs to ended up with their way to see the over charges after my contract due.
