    I have been trying to contact the company and they not responding. I feel that I was taken advantage of because. First, the sales person (Donnie K******) no longer works with the company and I was promised several things that hasn’t been done. Also, I have Hail damage and I told him but he said “go ahead and get the panels installed and he would take care of “, and that he want hurt your roof because it will be covered”. Now the panels has to come down in ordered to replace roof. Secondly, I have called to get responses from the headquarter in Rancho Cumamonga, California and from Tampa Florida to talk with (Angela and Demi) no answer from either one, the phone now continues to go to voicemail and told that Angela is the person in charge for KY. On June 21, 2023, I spoke with Angela in regards to my complaints and she said “I see that this is a major problem and I will be contacting you back in (2) days”. But still she hasn’t called me back. With all the calls I have made on (June 21st, 23rd, 27th, and 29th), (July 3rd, 10th), to headquarter in California and Florida now continue to disconnect me, so I can’t leave a voicemail message. On July 10th, I was told by (Harry) from California “ I will reach out to Angela to contact you and that I couldn’t get a list of what everything costs”.
    I definitely feel at this point I was taken advantage of. They don’t stand on their words. Your words are to be as a bond.
    Finally, I am asking for your assistance in getting this resolved.

    Sell to you “assuring” your power bill will be between $10-15. When it’s not consistently($50+), they say there is nothing they can do. I’m paying more than my electricity bill was last year!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!! DO NOT TAKE THEM BY THEIR WORD!! They will lie to make a sale then leave you with a decent size power bill and the panel loan bill.

    I would give them a 0 star if possible! Worst company ever! Do not contact them for Solar... I was promised by 3 sales reps that my utility bill would be paid for by the company once I signed up in 2022 it's 2023 and my solar isn't up and running yet they refuse to pay my utility bill that I thought was already taken care of they have been charging me for months for the solar service that I do not have and they are refusing to pay my bill or terminate the contract! They decided to change their policy Jan of 2023 regarding utility reimbursement but never notified me. I was a customer prior to the policy change yet they refuse to take that in to account.

    This is by far THE WORST company EVER!!!! DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT do business with this company. Their representatives are deceitful when they come to your home and this company OBVIOUSLY condones it. We were told that we were entering our contract with a 30 day trial period in place and could cancel within those 30 days if we decided not to keep it. When I reached out to cancel, I was told that wasn't the case and that the contract was binding. I went around and around with them for a couple of weeks and they were very rude each time that I called. The contract was for five years and would end this May. I reached out to them in November of last year to inquire about how much was owed on the account. Coincidentally, no one could give me an exact balance due. Imagine that. Within a couple of weeks I received what my husband I think was something to try and trick us into renewing our contract. Also, all of a sudden they started drawing the monthly payment from my SAVINGS account. I have no idea how this happened. I know that I am going to have to do a stop payment on my account because this company is not going to do the right thing. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, read the complaints on BBB before doing business with them. This company has over 300 complaints. That says a lot. If I could choose zero stars I would for sure. BEWARE!!!!!!!

    I wish I would have read these reviews. They had to change the plans due to a city code. This was after they installed the mounts for the solar panel. They only gave me one design to approve so I assumed that was the only design possible. All of a sudden there are new plans and my panels were installed without me approving the design. This is a horrible company I’ve been getting the run around for 2 months. Nobody can give me a straight answer. I wish they would take my panels off and I’ll get a professional company to do the work.

    Damaged my roof by miss drilling holes and not patching them, caused water damage, jacked up my electric bill, never connected to solar, charged me 80k, did not design the system correctly to pass inspection, terrible company

    I have had Titanium LLC for just a little bit over three years and then that time I’ve only had problems; had to replace my battery within a year, problems with my door lock, the alarm will go off intermittently, the panel kept saying the battery was low and it wasn’t. They would try to fix it on their end however, I couldn’t be fixed. It was going to take a week and a half maybe two weeks before someone can come out and look at the panel. In the meantime, I’m paying for service it’s not even working.
    The last straw for me was last month I called because the alarm system kept beeping. I placed a call to Titanium and spoke to Jenna, she told me that they couldn’t have somebody out for a week. After carefully thinking about it I called Titanium a few days before someone was going to come out to look at my system and I canceled my appointment. I told Jenna that I was discontinuing my service with Titanium and she told me that I need to send an email to the cancellation and support department. I did on January 6th. On the same day my alarm panel was turned off. However, they still charged me & billed my credit card. I still get email saying ” the panel is not responding “ or set, but how could it if the system has been turned off. The following week I called to confirmed that they received my email. Ray said I needed to speak with the cancellation dept. Spoke with Zack and he put me on hold twice just to tell me they have to create a ticket with the loyalty dept. and that someone would call me back in 2 to 3 days. That was on 01/10/23. It is now January 18 and I still haven’t heard from anyone. So I called Titanium today, 01/18, and I got Jenna again. She told me that they did receive my email however, somebody still has to call me back from the loyalty department. How long does it take to call somebody back especially if you were the consumer with that company.
    She put me on hold for 11 minutes and then I was hung up on.

    Titanium Solar damage our property and fail to repair the damage and we had to stay in a hotel for 3 months until our roof was repaired. Our Brand new Turf Grass was torn by there roofer as well and we been waiting for about 1 year and its still has not been repaired I’m also going to write about there roofer work on a different Review.

    This is the worst company with HORRIBLE customer service. They think resolving your
    Issue is lowering their price and extending your contract. Service to the equipment is impossible. As soon as I advised I would be cancelling my system surprisingly started having problems. So now I have an inoperable system that I have to pay $100 a month for the next three months. And good luck getting ANY call back! You stay on hold
    forever with no answers. SHAME

    Do not use this company. My contract is up yet they continue to charge my credit card. I called them three times trying to cancel. Customer service tells you top send email to such and such address and they will call within 24 hours. They never do, it's a do loop.
    I told my credit card company to block them and I'll wait and see what these charlatans do
