I bought 3 pairs of shoes. Size and quality of shoe is not as advertised. I sent them an e-mail the day after the shoes arrived. They offer free returns and money back.I have requested a return shipping label 4 times but no luck. I paid $110.13 for the shoes . The last e-mail stated they would give me a $3 refund and to keep the shoes. I sent them a return e-mail saying I want my $110.13 refunded and to send me a shipping label. On 12/28/2024 I order a pair of boots from ********. Order #********. I received the boots on 01/13/2025. The boots were not acceptable. On 01/13/2025 I contacted ******** at their customer service e-mail: ******************** to return the boots. There is no listed address or phone number provided for ********. On 01/14/2025 ******** sent a reply with no instructions on how to return the item. On 01/14/2025 I again requested information on how to return the boots. On 01/15/2025 ******** e-mailed me an offer of $5.00 and keep the boots. I immediately replied no and again requested to procedure to return the boots for refund. On 01/16/2025 I received the reply from Dallader.On Thu, Jan 16, 1. After discussion, we are willing to return US$8 as compensation for this transaction. You keep the product, this is already our limit, if you agree, our staff will refund you $8 immediately,2. If you want a full refund, we must receive your returned product to *****, but please understand that we are not responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product and must ensure that the product is in good condition. I thought I did a fair amount of research before I ordered this pair of boots from this company I went to see where they were made and it said made in the *** and good reviews while I ordered them a week ago and I got a tracking number and seen where they were at and they were in ***** so first off they false advertise saying they are made in the *** and then being shipped from ***************** China or something like that I also did reviews on the company on ****** website and seeing totally discussed with people all had the same problems with they were just junk boots and made in ***** I think this company should be held responsible on how they advertise and I'm hoping you can help meInitial Complaint

I purchased shoes from Dallader. Upon receiving them, I tried them on. They are too small and cheaply made. I put them in package and proceeded to email for an address and return instructions. My wife and I traded 6 emails with this company. First they ask for details which we provided them, then they offer us $3 and then $5. We sent them a copy of the return and refund instructions from their website. They still refuse to refund our money. We do not want to keep the shoes. We want a full refund. on 08/04/2024 I ordered size 13US shoes. On 08/20/2024 I received shoes that are too small about 1.5 inches, probably size 9.5.I have contacted the company 3 times and they do not want to correct their mistake. They are offering $3-$8 refund and keeping the shoes that I do not have any need for.I asked them to replace the wrong size shoes with the correct ones ordered.
