  Super shady business practices. If I purchase something and receive an item that is totally different, I should be able to return the item at no cost and receive a full refund. Not only are the sellers on this plat form super shady, but DH Gate, themselves, are super shady. They gave me a partial refund and explained that the full refund process will take a long time and then closed my case. I opened up a dispute with my credit card company and they responded to my credit card company that it was their website's policy that I wasn't able to receive the full refund. Such shady business practices and I'm sure illegal as well. Would never recommend or purchase anything on this platform ever again.

  I made 2 purchases a day after each other, the first was a handbag the next day I received some unexpected cash and went back online and purchase the other items, I got my conformation number and they sent me a tracking number, it suppose to be sent by ***** I tracked my order for a month and it said it was delivered but it never was I contacted them to let them know I never received my purchase, I was told to check my local post office which I did immediately the **** said the tracking number wasn't even their tracking numbers, I inform dhgate and they said they will check logistics and get back to me I believe that was a delay tactic,,I reached back out to them to find out whats going on and they never responded, this company is the worst they are taking ur money and given out fake tracking numbers starting in ***** all the way to ************* the whole set up is s scam, please beware of dhgates they will never send u your order,,im so ****** I will never buy anything online now especially from stores i never order from before,,its so sad how ppl are scamming all over the world and probably faking as stores ur familiar with, how can we stop this from happening these ppl need to be held accountable, I will inform everyone I know and post about my experience everywhere possible!!!??

  I purchased 7 qty RSL badminton shuttlecock for $160, but I received counterfeit. The seller only wanted to refund $100. So I asked DHgate to help. They provided 2 options. None of them are full refunds. I purchased 7 of them. They only allowed me to return 4 for $97.87. The other option is to keep the counterfeit and refund only $39.15.The quality is so bad. They are no use to me. I dont want to keep any of them. I want my money back. They also try to intimidate you that return is hard process. Following is their word.Kindly note: If return for refund is chosen, you need to pre-pay the return shipping fee and keep good of the receipt. Return shipping fee will be reimbursed after the package has been received by the seller, it normally takes about ***** days to get the refund. Also it may be lost or damaged then we will have a hard time processing the refund. No matter which offer you prefer, we will respect your choice.Dont ever buy from DHgate. Dishonest seller (*****) and company. They helped themselves, not buyer. ****** didnt sell RSL #7. Otherwise, I would have purchased from ******, trusted company!!!

  I bought two items from DHgate. A day or two later, in the early morning, I get an email thanking me for my purchase. To my surprise, someone had ordered two wallets under my name. It had to be an inside job because it was sent to me. I did not give DHgate permission to keep my credit card info. I had to cancel my card and inform all my creditors about the change. What did DHgate do? Immediately, they closed my account. I couldn't even get tracking information or submit a review.

  This company will rip you off. Made a purchase of many items. 7 were bad the cost of the 7 bad items were $86+. Seller wouldn't refund the money so it went to dhgate mediation. They make you respond and send pics of the bad merchandise for a week or more. Then instead of them responding to you on the mediation platform they send you an email on the dhgate website (which can easily be overlooked because you're expecting conversation in the mediation platform). If you don't see the email the rule in favor of the seller within 24hrs. I was owed over $86, but they refunded me less than $30. I guess they will tolerate bad sellers or sellers who sell bad merchandise as long as they receive their fees. This company can seem tempting with their low prices but you take the risk of receiving bad products and the refund process isn't anywhere as good as places like ******* and ******. This company has shady practices. Keep in mind that the refund process isn't just unfair because they shortchange you on your money but also because of the time you put in to fight and get your money. When I confronted dhgate agents about the lie on a full refund (purchase around $260, reunded $30. Agents then stated a full refund was issued to my bank which was Klarna. That would be an additional $230)a few of them ended the chat. I spoke to at least 4 dhgate agents today and still don't have a refund. I filed a chargeback with klarna. They told me they would handle the problem if I canceled the chargeback with klarna. I filed the chargeback because the seller, dhgate agents and mediation never came up with a fair resolution.

  I rarely buy without researching first, but this time I was so impressed by a posting from someone else, I took a chance...Cost me almost $100 and never again. Wanted a soft-sided leather bag that was crossbody, difficult to find but they had what looked like a nice one right away. A month later, I received a plastic purse, nothing like the one I thought i was ordering...not worth 20 dollars...They refused to even consider a refund unless I sent several photos of the one I got..I have no camera and no cell phone. I would have returned it bot it would have cost a fortune and who knows if they would even take it back? I get so tired of customers being blamed for poor business practices. They sent the wrong thing, why is it my fault that I can't make a video of it (another thing they asked for...) I give up. Never again for this company or frankly any others outside of ****** from now on. An expensive ****** to learn...

  Where to begin. Worst online retail experience ever. Half the items I ordered never arrived - which meant I had to chase sellers and go through the hassle of disputing transactions with my credit card. Ghosted by many sellers. The other half - not as advertised, poor quality, wildly overpriced for what I received. ********** has been the complete opposite - fast (delivery ahead of schedule), great value, no dishonest sellers so far. Try AliExpress!

  I ordered phones when received I tried to hook up to my cell company and they didn't work. Fought with the for a month. Finally they said to send back and they would refund me. I sent back and the post office screwed up so they sent it back to me so I resent it and they told me that since my order is closed they can't do anything or give me my money back granted they are getting their phones back to.

  My son placed an order in January ****************************************** his money back. Have reported it to his Cash App Card and the company but they have yet to follow through with a retrieval process. They ask question I send screen shots and nothing. I wouldnt order from this company and have told my son to only order things from to brands. And sites that have been legitimized in the states. Its crazy how companies now take from children with no idea how that child had to work for that money. I had to give them one start if I could go -5 it would be great.

  I have been waiting over a month for my purchases. One seller keeps giving me a fake tracking number. I placed a dispute in about it with the company and they said the seller is resending the item. I check the tracking and once again unable to trace and or track. Seller does not respond to my messages asking where my items are and have been going back and fourth with DHgate with no resolution of getting my refund. Do not buy from this seller.louisfafa777. You will NEVER get your items and or money back! They are fake sellers and I have been telling DHGate to remove them but they have not! Just beware!!
