    On June 20th 2025, i ordered from an online company, Dhgate. I ordered from the store front called "lipsonlips21" and ordered 2 shirts. Of the 2 shirts, one of them was not what i ordered. The shirt that was incorrect totalled to $13.72 before tax. The shirt i ordered had "Free Melly" on the back of the shirt, but when i received my package, "Still free thug" was on the back. I contacted them acknowledging them on the situation to which they asked for proof of the incorrect product. After i sent the clear picture of the incorrect product they stopped responding and have been sending "Auto messages". These auto messages don't appear immediately after i send a message leaving me to question if it is really a auto message. I sent the storefront a picture of the incorrect shirt on 7-16-25.

    I ordered from DHgate and I received nothing. My money was taken off my card immediately hundreds of dollars a fake tracking number was posted onmy account that was completely fake. It did nothing and it said it was fake. I have snapshots. I proceeded to message the seller not once did message back not once ignored me the whole time DHgate could not get a hold of them in anyway option that they had did not workfor me. I could not get through to them when they did randomly send a message in my app from the ** generic one that said be patient theres holdups theres nothing was shipped. It was allfake. The guy is obviously a scammer and hes still selling on the app like he did nothing wrong he did everything wrong. Hes a criminal DH gate is just as bad by letting them still keep doing it. They didnt do anything to them. They wont even let me give them a bad rating. They took the option right out of it. Theres no way shape or form to be able to rate them as a terrible person that theyare or to warn other people so how many sellers are on there that are just like that scares me to think how many times this is gonna be able to steal from people under DH gate approval and nobodys gonna do anything about it and theres probably 1 million of them just like him makes me sick. I have all the proof took snapshots all the way through this whole process of all the process. I want people to know with this person did and the stuff I had to go through to try to get help from a person and the live chat didnt work. I couldnt get on the social media customer service it wouldnt let me on the app customer service, I couldnt get anybody at all Just nothing worked on the app my emails got kicked back. It made me crazy. What a horrible experience. I just want people to know what theyre getting into and theres nowhere to post it or worn people. They fixed it like that . They have all fake reviews and ratings they wont let me or anyone at all post bad reviews thats wrong!

    I canceled my order over a month ago Im still waiting on my refund the person who handles the conversation on the app is rude and doesnt know how to do their job properly and I just want my money back this makes no sense at all and its crazy I gotta do this.

    On June 9, 2024, I submitted a cancellation request for DHGate Order #************. The seller did not honor the cancellation and instead shipped the item on June 16 a full week later, despite having ample time to stop fulfillment.I immediately contacted DHGate support, who confirmed that their policy entitles me to a full refund when a seller refuses to cancel before shipment. Their policy states:If the seller does not agree to cancel your order, DHGate will refund you 100% of your payment.DHGate also told me that if a seller refuses the required refund statement twice, they are labeled uncooperative and DHGate will intervene. I have contacted the seller two times, and they have clearly refused both times. Despite this, I am still being told to wait, or to keep asking the seller which contradicts DHGates own stated process.I have been patient and cooperative, provided written and visual proof, and followed all required steps. At this point, DHGate is delaying a refund that is clearly owed under their own terms.?Resolution Requested:A full refund of $277.59 Written confirmation that DHGate will not require a return for an order that was canceled before shipment Closure of the order and my DHGate account to prevent further misuse

    I ordered a watch for $150 they lost my original package in transit they resent a new one only for it to arrive completely incorrect wasnt even the item I ordered. I went through the website to dispute it with photos and all showing it was the incorrect item and they said it was not enough evidence to give me my money back which is absolutely insane to take someones money knowing you sent them something they didnt even order and then said I would have to contact to the seller who is no longer responding this website is a scam they take peoples money and so not issue refunds when things are incorrect as you can see from the items below I ordered a gold watch with a circle frame and the black watch is what I recieved yet they said it was not enough info to issue a refund which is completely inappropriate you can clearly see that what I ordered and what I recieved are two completely different items

    I ordered a purse from ******* on 5/25/2025 and was provided with a fake *** shipping tracking number. I have requested a refund from the seller but they are ignoring my request and so is *******'s customer support team.

    I got my account restricted so i filed a complaint to get it back as i have some orders i have recently received and i am not satisfied with them so i need to file a dispute but i need my account for that. i also have late orders with defective tracking numbers and i need to contact sellers and get some compensation. i cannot do this without my account so i filed a help ticket and they got back to me and asked for some simple details like pictures showing that i couldn't access my account so i sent it. the issue is that they never got back to me even after a week so i re emailed the 3 times and still no reply. im still awaiting farther action and this is terrible customer service from their end. please help me out. thank you.

    I ordered a product and they processed my payment, then the seller cancelled the item and more than doubled the listed price

    Order was purchased on November *******! Order was 9 pairs of shoes for Christmas gifts! Was not received by Christmas therefore tried contacting the seller and did not respond! Several unread messages! Opened up a dispute with both the company and credit card because I was charged this amount! My local post office states that never received merchandise under this tracking number! Sent numerous information to my credit card with pictures off of my phone to support all of my unread messages to seller! *********** faxed their information to my Discover Card stating that merchandise was not received to be delivered! My phone e currently states that the order is exceeding 7 days for delivery! The companys online chat is telling me the money was credited to by credit card! My credit card is telling me the dispute is closed and there is nothing they can do! I have pictures on my phone to support this case! Ive been charged this amount and have been charged the interest since!!

    ******* has refused to refund for two orders that were not received as described and has not performed through investigation via the dispute process. The orders totaling ***** and ***** need to be refunded or I will have to pursue district court action with ******* for the total sum and cost of filing.
