I purchased 2 fans through ****** on March25, July 1 on stopped working I contacted Vevor on July 2, on July 16, the other stopped working. I have been in constant contact with Vevor and they are giving me the run around. They wont exchange them, they wont refund me $260, they want to send me 2 new motors, they only have my account information with my name and address, I have also given it to them twice, 7/15 & 7/16 and they have asked for it again 7/20 but havent sent me anything. , then told me to reach out to ******, that return window closed April 25. Vevor says it has a 1 yr warranty. The fans didnt make it 3 months before they stopped working. I need my money or 2 new working fans.Business Response

Purchased a sand filter in August 2024. Installed June 2025. 3 weeks after installation the filter started leaking at the ************. Contacted Vevor for warranty on item. Was asked to purchase items to try to make a temporary repair. These all failed. Let them know. They started off offering me a small monetary amount to just keep the item. Very slow communication, only responding at or around midnight central time zone. Would only respond once a day. After several weeks of this they have finally offered a full refund after I continually turned down offer after offer for less than purchase price. Now will not reimburse the cost of material. They asked me to purchase to try to make a temporary repair. Have not recieved refund or reimbursement for items purchased to make temporary repairs.Business Response

I purchased a pop up canopy tent and it was delivered on June 26th. When I opened it on July 8th I noticed the frame had a bar that was broken. I had to duct tape it together. I requested a refund July 11th and they keep saying they'll refund small amounts of 20$ to 44$ meanwhile I paid $129.99 for this broken tent. I need a full refund.Business Response

Ordered a plate tamper and received it around mid May. The tamp would run for about 30 seconds and cut off. I contacted Vevor about the problem. They wanted video. Sent video to them and they sent me a check list of common sense things to check. I responded and they stopped talking. They don't answer and offer any return or repair. I would settle for either. **************** is terrible and return policy is a joke. On July 1, 2024 I purchased a chicken plucker from Vevor. They clearly state on their website that they have a ************************************* June 2025 (within the window) the machine broke. I contacted Vevor and they said it was a bad switch. I said no it's the motor. They send a switch anyway. Doesn't fix it. I contact them again, asking for a refund or a motor. They offer silly numbers like $30, then $100, then $150. I finally got them to agree to a full refund but they said they couldn't refund my credit card, only ******. I went back and forth and finally agreed to give them my ****** information. Ever since then I have heard nothing from them and received no refund, despite multiple attempts. I purchased a Vevor drain cleaner machine on 11/28/2024 and paid $294.03. Last week I used the machine for the first time and the cable inside the drum kept on twisting and tangling. It was impossible to retrieve or return the cable so the machine couldnt perform its functions. After I encountered this problem, I searched internet for solutions and found multiple bad reviews on ************* mentioning similar problems. But before I bought the machine, I read all the good reviews on the companys own website. I think this company is filtering the reviews and deceiving customers into buying their products. I tried to contact Vevor but they are only willing to either send me another cable or compensate $30. But the problem is caused by their design defect and wont be solved by replacing another cable. The whole machine is not functional at all so I request a full refund to return it.Business Response

No I wont accept just $88 for compensation. This issue is caused by the design flaws and it happens every time we are using the product.
