    The two Ryoko Wi-Fi units we purchased are way too complicated to use and the cost per month is prohibitive. When we called Jerry Yasfbara, DBA Ryoko, there is just an outing message to purchase more items. We want to return the items but do not know if we will receive a refund. We have sent a letter to this person and are awaiting a response. Now we have read several scam reports about this person. We will try legal options to obtain a refund. This is extremely unethical and most likely, illegal too.

    I received a package from Jerry Yasfbara that I never ordered from him. I believe this is some sort of retail scam where people send items to people just to get an address to gain a positive review on their retail site. Complete scam. Please shut this idiot down.

    Jerry Yasfbara--I ordered shoes which were described as being leather. Not true. They were poorly constructed. I paid $50. I do not want them. I do not know how to return/get refund. I responded to the order email, but have not had a response.

    Ordered a dress it came unbuttoned and is way too small. Package has no packing slip or return instructions. Phone number found online is bogus its selling tv, airline tickets, offers to win 100 gift card. Where is the customer service I need to return this dress and get my money back..

    Ordered a dress and received the wrong piece. It isnt even close. Want to return but hesitate sending it to the address on the package. He needs to be investigated! That is why Im reporting this to the BBB! He needs to be shut down!

    I received the product - a power inverter for Milwaukee M18 batteries - and it doesn't work. I have tried on to different batteries that I know are charged and it doesn't work. The flashlight will not even burn. Tried calling the phone number I found and there is some recording about big discounts on products and it goes nowhere. The product is junk. BIG SCAM.

    I think it's a scam received a hat we ordered way over a month ago close to 2 months ago. Opened the big bag wrong hat, doesn't fit all wrinkled up . Wanted to return the hat first bad connection had to call back, waited ten minutes called back all they wanted to do is sell me a 100 dollar gift card told the girl I didn't want it just wanted to return my hat she hung up on me. I will never order anything from them again or will never tell family or friends to ordered from them . THEY ARE A BIG SCAM .

    Totally scam. Received product not anything like I ordered. I joke on me. Not worth a car polishing cloth. Cost me 50$ I believe. Cant connect with company and comlaint and return policy unintelligible.
