I ordered two shirts in size 2xl. The shirts came, very late, labeled as 2xl, and I could not even get it over my head. So I contacted support about a refund. they offered 2 more shirts free. I said no, you misrepresent the sizes so Id like my money back. No further communication after at least 4 or 5 attempts.Customer Answer

The shirts were way undersized for a 2xl. I asked how to process a refund and they asked if I want 2 more free shirts. I declined and asked for a refund again. i have emailed their customer support 4 or 5 times with no response there fore I am still seeking my refund.
Their 2xl size shirts are closer to a size medium and poor quality.

On May 16th, 2025 I ordered a outfit for my husband Anniversary gift we planned on wearing green to a function it took sometime to get the outfit I inquired was told ***** days but when the order came it was not the color I ordered the same day it arrived I notified SuitMens and asked about return and refund the return policy says you have to get the approval from **************** to do so. Since that time SuitMens has done everything except refunding my money and sending me the info to do a return they have stated I would have to pay to return or I can keep the outfit they would give me a discount towards another order, if I wanted to keep the outfit I would not have contacted their company they have done nothing except avoiding putting my money back on my credit card. I have attached pictures and some correspondence between myself and SuitMens to show what I ordered the dark green and what was sent a beige cream outfit plus their response to my inquiries their policy says 100% money back if not completely satisfied I thought they were a reputable company but apparently they are not I am requesting a full refund to my original form of payment. We ordered a dress from a website called "TOPLK". The return address, however, is Jerry Yasfbara. The wrong dress was sent to us. There is no way to contact *****. Their email address doesn't work, there's no phone number, they don't respond to their contact form. How do we return this dress? It's not the one that we ordered. On January 2nd I ordered a pair of "leather pants" from Mongogirl Clothing off of TikTok for $30.79. The item received is totally different from what was advertised. I have been going back and forth with the merchant for a refund. I've requested information in order to return the order which they will not provide so I submitted the address from the shipping label received. I have also provided pictures to them of my issue with this purchase and requested a full refund, they will not refund my funds and only offered me 15% which is not an acceptable amount. I ordered a "******** Whatever Box" from this company. Not only did i file an immediate discrepancy with my bank because after i placed my order I thought for sure it was a scam. I placed my order Dec 11 2024. I just received the package today January 10 2025. The "Box" was infact a bag. The contents were not worthy of a gumball machine item. Not even the supposed Hoodie. I am trying to now contact the company which has no contact info whatsoever except the address on the package itself. I would like a shipping label to return the items to wherever or whomever and also an immediate refund. I'm super angry about this 1 because it was suppose to be a Christmas gift and 2 because it took a month to come from ********** and 3 because the items weren't worthy of much of anything.
