  If I can give no stars I will. I drove 45 min to Pick n pull summit I got there 540 & the doors were all locked. Before coming I looked on the website it says 6pm they close.This is unbelievable that they will close this early! This isnt the first time it has happened to me. Im honestly very disappointed that I drove this far to have it just be closed. Pick n pull needs to do better.

  While we do appreciate the customer's position, the store closes at 6:00 p.m. but the "yard closes 30 minutes prior to store closing." This is posted (verbatim) on the website.

  Very misleading. I went in to purchase a part and their website said the price was $25 so I went in to pull the part just to find out at the register that I was being charged $60. The screen showed I was being charged for a different part but they refused to charge the correct price.

  This junk yard is very rude and just flat out liers was in lot on 4-24-24 and lost my keys to my vehicle and they wouldnt let me back into the yard to find my belongings.. so I ended up having to call a lock ***** to get a key made cost me $240 dollars and this joke of a junk yard told me to come back at 6 am so I could look for my keys and got here to be told I had to wait till 9am after there office managers told me to come back first thing in the morning.. so I did to be let down again and they wouldnt let me go look for my keys after they k ow what I was here for and they just blow me off with all my keys to the shops I run my house keys and two other vehicles keys as well.. I wouldnt recommend this junk yard to anyone else cause they flat out dont care witch to me is poor satisfaction and very unprofessional rudeness.. my over all of this junk yard is a joke.. ask to speak to the owner and yet still no help . This place has pure rudeness and doesnt care about anyones situation considering they left me in the lot for over 2 hours.. what a joke and if management would like to reach out my number is jakeosborne412@ gmail. Com free to contact me and Ill tell you all about this junk yard and how rude the employees is.. they dont even answer the phones at this location earthier watch the ladie answer it put who ever straight on hold and never even took the instinctive to even pick back up the phone.. yeah I would have to say this place is trash..

  Crooks! plain and simple` and they couldn't care less what you think`! After buying tires from them for years and returning the wheels for a full refund. they change policy to only giving store credit and just happen to raise the price to a ridiculous amount they could otherwise NEVER sell these wheels for ! [4 lug 15 inch steel wheel for about $ 30ea ] without ever mentioning the policy change! Beware

  This is the rudest bunch of clerks I have ever encountered, not just at a junkyard, but ANYWHERE. If they don't like your car or where you parked it they will cal the POLICE!If you like interacting with the Police you will love this place.

  How does a business with POSTED business hours both on their website and signage at their location, close early because an employee has had a bad day? If the hours can change any time for any ********* post them? I actually made a drive from ** in traffic just to be told were closed because the gentleman operating the front desk was tired. No refund of the bridge toll or even an Im sorry. Just youll have to leave because were closed. Even there are other customers milling about IN THE YARD!Ugghhh, this place!

  These people act as if they are selling designer car parts. Seriously, the prices are OUTRAGEOUS and the attitude amongst employees.....as if. I arrived in my truck, trailer in tow, and when I pulled into the parking lot I received looks of disgust from a group of employees standing around snickering. Especially the overweight power thumper that I come to find out was the manager. Boy does her s*** not stink. I double parked and got out of my truck to look for a place to park and the heffer told me that my "truck and trailer didn't fit and I was too big" funny coming from her. Fortunately another employee guided me to a spot to park. But seriously this is a place to buy car parts, since when is a truck and trailer to "big". I should of left at that point but unfortunately I didn't. I signed in to the invasive tablet and picture taking device, which is highly strange but come to find out it's because they work exclusively with police. Anyway, I got to the yard and began my pick and pull. On my exit I was astonished to find that they wanted almost $20 for a door handle and $10 each for window trim pieces!! Wtf is with that? I decided not to buy any of those pieces and wanted just two rear light bulb sockets. But then to my surprise they confiscated everything a had including MY OWN gas cap which I had brought in with me to compare for another one, on the basis that I was stealing. They said I didn't have the parts way in.. wtf the chubby kid who looked in my bags barely glanced but since his manager, the big girl, was present he decided he was going to be employee of the year. Long story short I left with less than what I came with. It's not a mystery why this company has lost its respect out in the field.. they **** and are extremely rude and arrogant. Seriously, they think they are selling designer car parts. You can put lipstick on a pig but it's still a big. Boys and Girls you are a salvage/junk yard, act right.

  From the ridiculous policy of charging to get in, the general lack of care or knowledge from the employees, to the horrible customer service, I am never going back. I tried to buy a radio on their $10 radio sale and was told I'd have to pay $37 because the radio had the electronic heater controls in it. They expected me to pull apart the module to purchase only the radio. They would rather throw it away than sell it to me for $10. Plenty of other places to go, with no yard entry fee.

  This is a bate and switch company. They will tell you one price online when you are providing information to them about the vehicle you have to be picked up. Then when they come to tow it the tow truck driver brings a check that is less than they told you would get when talking to them on the phone or online. I will never do business with this company again and would say SELLER BEWARE!
