      12/05/2023 , and 12/12/2023 I purchased auto parts on this day . I spent $130 . I returned to the parts store make a exchange for another part for my car. They accepted the exchange and allowed me to look for the part. They didn't have it at this location, so we went to the other location to get the part. They didn't have it there either. So I asked for a refund my money back, they refused . I called the office and asked for a manager. I spoke with ********************* , I explained the situation to him, I asked for the corporate office he put me on hold for 10 minutes and never came back. I hung up and decided to contact the BBB for assistance in getting a refund.

      Sold my vehicle to a Company called *********** located at ************************************************************************** on October 31st 2023. They gave me a check that bounced. Then they gave me the runaround about why the check bounced! Now Im waiting for a new check supposedly being sent from there corporate office in **********. This now has me basically waiting almost 10 days for this check that I still havent received. This company should be fined for first not giving me a check that I could cash right away! Not 10 days after they took possession of my car (still waiting) that I still havent received. Im very upset & really would like for you to contact them & tell them that this is totally illegal to not pay for a vehicle on the spot at the time of sale! Not giving a check that is going to bounce! And then tell me oh you got to wait for a check coming from ********** now another 5-7 days! Please do something about this fraudulent company!

      Bought a part from pic n pull the item was not functioning properly they had no more of that item for sale I asked for a full refund per state law they refused to refund.

      Pick-n-Pull store policy states that no cash refunds will be issued. This is posted throughout the store. Rather, customers will be issued credit which can be used any time and does not expire. As stated, the customer purchased a part. He was not charged for the core as he had one when he arrived. The part purchased, ultimately, did not meet his standards. The customer elected not to choose from another car in this yard or two other regional yards. He used a portion of his credit to repurchase his core.

      I am rejecting this response because:

       

       

      State laws isays if you have a receipt consumers will have 30 days from the purchase date to receive a full refund or a credit (at the consumers option), with receipt or any other confirmation given to show that 30 days has not elapsed and as long as the merchandise has not been used or damaged.

       

      I pulled every Alternator in the Elliot ****** yard. All I ask for is my money back. I gave the alternators back in about 3 days or so. I got store credit for like 20 less then that. I had to buy a new alternator from ** and need the cash to make the purchase.

       

      Then I said alright I just buy all the alternators I pulled because there all cores to you anyway i just buy them and rebuild them. and that's how I would use my store credit. When I returned the Rep would not let me buy even one alternator with my store credit.

      On Feb 2 we arrived at the business at 4:30pm ( ****************************************************) and stood at the door while the counter staff did not acknowledge us. The signs on the door varies in time of operation hours from 9am to 6pm and 9am to 5pm. The advertisement for the winter hours did not indicate and closure of business earlier than 5pm. When I asked thru the exit door if the business was closed. A gentleman with a white ***** and yellow vest said with a rushed short tone of voice. We are closed and I said your sign says you close at 5pm and he said yes. And my response is but its 4:30 and you are closed? He said yes MY website says we close early My response to him was, but your sign on the door says you close at 5pm and does not mention anything about closing early. I explain to him that was fall advertisement. He then pointed to the sign on the exit door that was upside and not legible. Saying that sign said they closed early. This is not appropriate to have various signs with their opening times. Hes approach was demeaning and not customer friendly. There was a customer that says they do that all the time by closing early. What is I dont have access to internet and see whatever he was referring to. I took pictures of the multiple signs with various hours. If they can change the sign for the actual hours and remove all other signs that are not appropriate. Train the agents to be customers friendly and helpful not rude to customers. Clearly post the current operating hours. And Id like an apology for this workers response because I drove 45 mins to do business with this company and I was very disappointed how they approached me.

      Bought a used tire that had hidden damaged,tried to returned it the next day and they refuse to honor the warranty claiming that they did Not marked the tire,****** refuse and was very rude at the fact that he was the one whom sold me the tire and since it was kind of busy did Not marked it, all I wanted was an exchanged but he refused and was very,very Rude,Not wanting to honor the warranty.

      Okay well pick n pull every so often has a half off sale. I read the dis claimer before i drove all the way there. I wanted a tire & for 1/2 off. It clearly states the sake excludes tire sets of 2 or 4 tires. ************ sets., ***************************** wheel sets! So that would mean a single tire is included in the sale

      on Sunday, 10/23/2022,I went to ********** in ***********, **...I bought a trunk lid and a bench seat out of a **** Buick Skylark.My bill was 128 and change...i thought that was somewhat high , so I checked my receipt.She charged me for a 215-1,at *****.. which by their pricing board, is a seat with tracks, a front seat.What I got was a *****, which is a rear seat , which does not have tracks.It is priced at 27.99...When I called back, the girl said, "well, thats what it comes up in the system"...you know, if the pricing had been, all seats at *****, I wouldnt have said a word...but they clearly are different parts, and I got charged for the wrong one.It would have been fairly easy to go to the car and see that the rear seat was gone, and the front one, with tracks, was still in the car...but they wernt interested in making this right, they took the lazy way out and blamed the computer..either way, 25-or 26 dollars wont make me or break me, but to me, this is fraud...and I wont EVER do buisness with a Shnitzer buisness again...

      Sept. 8, 2022 purchased 4 tires and matching rims at pick n pull with the guarantee they would fit my car. ******************* tires refuses to put them on my car because they dont fit, the lug pattern was not a match with my car though I was guaranteed that theyd match. Also the tires were in unsafe condition because of tread wear. Im just a handicap senior knowing little about cars but I feel scammed. I returned the tires and rims Sept 9, 2022 and requested a full refund because the guaranteed to fit tires and rims did not fit!!! They promptly handed me a small slip of paper telling me not to lose it as it was my proof of STORE CREDIT for the $201.73 I spent on the tires and rims. Thats a scam if I ever saw one.
