PickNpull Purchased my stolen vehicle Vin# ***************** I called multiple times sent multiple emails completely ignored. I sent a recorded demand letter that was delivered to this headcounters about this issue when I found the car at their Merced lot last year, completely ignored again. Am asking business for compensation on the 4k value of my vehicle for stripping and profiting off my property while knowing about this issue. Picknpull is refusing to resolve this issue. Our car was towed by Pick and Pull. They badly damaged our car door and they are not open to helping compensate for the damage they did. We paid $850 to have our car released. I said to them we would be happy for them to repair the door or to give us a discount on the large amount we paid to have the car released. we would love help solving this disputeInitial Complaint

Look up that VIN. That truck has belonged to for 28 years since ******* was stolen, had an fraudulent title lien sale done, and wound up at their yard in ***********. I was there in very beginning when I happened to find out. They said "tough" & its theirs & said to " go look at ************ all ripped apart" & "you probably dont want to see it its a mess now" That was cold & they knew it upset me. (no title lien sale was performed until LONG AFTER they say they crushed it) So, I have a quesition or two, as they have refused to answer anything still.Why did they get a new "Salvage" title for a crushed truck? Record says they crushed it the very same day it arrived. .....WHY? Also, look at record and picture of it (I have all images if needed) which shows they crushed immediately a: 1982 Chevrolet C10 Silverado, legit factory Diesel with diesel title, that worked and ran great, & also has a full functioning GEARVENDORS AUXILIARY OVERDRIVE UNIT with INSTALL ************* FOR GM T400 SERIES TRANSMISSION ($2000 - $5000 & very in demand) PLUS -truck ************ had zero rust and zero dents, fully working tailgate with crome panel on it, both doors rebuilt inside all workings, & sunburned 2 tone "patina" paint, & clearly rebuilt looking (done within last 5000 miles) REAR AXLE, ALL FRONT SUSPENSION JOINTS & NEW POLYURETHANE BUSHINGS, NEW DASH GAGES & WIRING, NEW CUSTOM 5 ROW RADIATOR WITH OIL COOLER & ALL CUSTOM FIT ALUMINUM LINES, correct "Silverado rims & all center caps & all chrome trim rings & good 70% tread left. & whole truck 100% complete & with engine driven welding machine, full size Oxy-Acetylene torch bottles 4, buckets of tools in bed ....and ..........THEY CRUSHED THAT IMMEDIATELY? & nobody has a clue as to what happened to it? Really??? I call "bullcrap" on them. I was robbed & robbed bad. Some fatso has my truck, & "laundered" it, thru 'PicknPull" in *************** couldn't care any less about it.Initial Complaint

Issues with the company return policy it is posted on there website as you can exchange part at any pick n pull location and that any other written or spoken consent would be invalid however at the ********************* they have a new written policy that you can only exchange or return at the location purchased and have to get a gift card to buy a part at another store witch contradicts what on there websiteInitial Complaint

I was given a quote from them to but my car and it was good for 72 hours. And when I called to have them come for the car they told me that the price had now changed to a lot less than the quoted me! They said they had a mileage as *******. When I know that I told them more than once that it was *******. Which makes no sense! If anything their buying price should have gone up, not down! The problem is the said their quote was good for 72 hours and I responded well within the timeframe!Initial Complaint

On 03/31/2025 at 10:12 am was charged $***** for each signal light of 1999 323 **** I bought two of them. with tax it came out $45.64. I then said to the agent its kind of high. I decided to check their prices on the wall. It showed the entire front head light assembly for ***** I decided to asked which he charged ***** for each signal light when the entire head light assembly is *****. He then said the head light is $50. I then check the prices online. I found out that two new signal lights for that car, online were between $21 and $31. I then talked to the manager and explained the situation. The manager's showed no care at all. I them to refund my money and the manager said once the credit card is swipped they do refund. I then said but I have not even left you store. He still wouldn't give me a refund. They instead printed a credit slip which I did not want. I called their customer service in ********** at *********. I talk to a lady by the name of ********. She took my information and said the manager will call me. I have not heard from any one from Pick n Pull. I think they take advantage of a lot of people. The guy who charged me, his name is *****. He took my receipt and gave me a credit slip which I did not want because I'm going back there and I need my money to fix my car. The credit slip number is 1-102-293-00101779kInitial Complaint

I bought a car, 2012 Chrysler Caravan from them a week ago on 3/21/25. As of this week, I had a guy to inspect it. The transmission has gone out on it already. I asked the salesman what the ticking noise was on the car and he said it was nothing. I asked if we could negotiate a price and he said give me a price. He went back in the office and said he wanted to talk to his manager and in a few minutes he came back and accepted the offer. It only took a couple days before the car didn**;t work. 12/05/2023 , and 12/12/2023 I purchased auto parts on this day . I spent $130 . I returned to the parts store make a exchange for another part for my car. They accepted the exchange and allowed me to look for the part. They didn't have it at this location, so we went to the other location to get the part. They didn't have it there either. So I asked for a refund my money back, they refused . I called the office and asked for a manager. I spoke with ********************* , I explained the situation to him, I asked for the corporate office he put me on hold for 10 minutes and never came back. Sold my vehicle to a Company called *********** located at ************************************************************************** on October 31st 2023. They gave me a check that bounced. Then they gave me the runaround about why the check bounced! Now Im waiting for a new check supposedly being sent from there corporate office in **********. This now has me basically waiting almost 10 days for this check that I still havent received. This company should be fined for first not giving me a check that I could cash right away! Not 10 days after they took possession of my car (still waiting) that I still havent received. Im very upset & really would like for you to contact them & tell them that this is totally illegal to not pay for a vehicle on the spot at the time of sale! Not giving a check that is going to bounce! And then tell me oh you got to wait for a check coming from ********** now another 5-7 days! Please do something about this fraudulent company!
