Every time I call this phone number I get a Mexican on the phone and he is nasty he has made statements that I fled him when he was trying to tow an Enterprise rental vehicle he had no right to do so he was trespassing on private property when he was doing this and he claims that he is from *********. He claims on a recorded phone call that his name is ******************* and he is a tow truck driver I know a ******************* that is an sapd police officer how coincidental that ******************* a ***** police officer is chasing me across the country and now claims to be a tow truck driver. I need to know if you have an actual employee named ******************* who is Latino working for you if you have a copy of his I-9 when I talk to the man on the phone he is extremely abrasive he is rude and nasty he tries to tell me that I'm a criminal and I was arrested for stealing the vehicle but that's not my charges and I didn't steal the vehicle I rented it from Enterprise rental I was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property and the ****************** is implicating Enterprise Rental in some very serious crimes claiming that the vehicle was stolen when I rented it. You and your employee claim Enterprise Rental hired you to tow a vehicle that they don't own. Can you tell me why you didn't have enough sense to understand this isn't right if they don't own the vehicle they can't hire you to tow the vehicle. My charges say that they rented out a stolen vehicle that they do not own. The vehicle was stolen from ******* if you could so perhaps if you were hired by ******* to tow the vehicle then it would be legal but your employee ******************* claims Enterprise Rental hired him to tow the vehicle this is become very serious
