      I have been using Systems Mechanic/Iolo for many, many years and have had Live 24/7 Support for several years. The service is excellent and each time, my issues have been thoroughly examined and resolved.

      I have used System Mechanic for over 20 years now, and I wouldn't use another program if they paid me. I always recommend this program to my friends, and associates. The Tech support has always been helpful, and kind while taking care of all of my needs. I wish that I could give 10 stars in this review.

      I have been using System Mechanic for years. I recently added ********* and Elephant Drive and I am thrilled that everything works so well together. *************** has saved my (professional) life by helping debug my system, uninstall conflicting programs, get my monitors working well together, and making sure my browsers were loading the university software appropriately.       A great and wonderful experience with their tech **** from *****. He fixed my computer in no time and secured my personal feeling about this company and Iolo software. Fantastic person again in ***** Very easy to understand and work with as I am 70 yrs old and 75% deaf without hearing aids but I heard and understood him about everything. Solved my problem and assured me about the decision I made to go with Tech Support. Thanks ****
