      The tech that worked with me today found an issue that I would never had been able to find. He worked at it for an hour before he found there was a conflict with another program on my computer. After he fixed the conflict my new program worked as designed. He never gave up and passed ** on to an upper level technician. He kept me informer on what he was doing and it is good to know that I have **************** I can call on to help me fix my PC problems.

      My technician was wonderful, fixed the problem, did a deep clean, explained everything to me. He was WONDERFUL -- GIVE THE YOUNG MAN A RAISE!! I have been a customer since I bought my first non-work based computer, 12 years ago. Bought this service through ********* has always fixed everything to my utmost satisfaction.
