    I never have time for reviews & don't do them, but have used USTech Support for 6+ years & VERY Pleased! Wish I had the time to call when I needed then but I don't & my issues add up, my fault not theirs. Glad they are open 24/7. Got them today and they fixed all of my problems I needed done for the last 3 months plus more. I didn't have the time to call because of my job. Glad they were available for me today, thank you *******!!!

    My browser had crawled to a standstill after a Windows 11 update. I had been trying everything I knew for a day! The technician, through remote access, was able to walk through multiple possible causes and was able to fix the problem in about 1 hour. I am very happy with the polite, knowledgeable technician and the ******************

    Sunny and ********* were terrific! They were patient and truly seemed to want to help me keep my computer safe and running well. i appreciated all the extra time they gave me and all their attempts to connect my computer to them. They also reassured me that they are professionals and not scammers. A stressful situation was mitigated by their professionalism. I've used RealDefense (old Stopzilla) for years with no problems, so I added tech support this year for the first time.

    The IT person (******* or **** whatever) took control of my computer on 4/17/25 around 9:30 pm. He made me very suspicious once he claimed he had not spoken to me earlier, which he had. He also asked if I did banking online, or did I use my phone to do banking. I had never been asked that question by the other ITs. He later removed my gmail icon from desktop and said he would have someone to call me to fix the problem; he stated he logged me in as priority to assure I would get a call back. I never received the call. He also refused to give me his full name stating that it was not allowed. I feel he cannot be trusted.

    Our records confirm that you spoke with ******* around the time you mention, but you had also contacted us about an hour earlier and spoke with another *** also named ****.  We apologize for any confusion that created.  Regarding the questions you were ask about online banking etc.  When a customer calls us based on their concerns we might gather additional information so we can offer them a different product or service that might better meet their needs than what is currently being used.

    We apologize for any delay in receiving the callback from a technician as promised.  Call records indicate that our technician did reach you the following morning.  If you need further assistance, please contact **************** toll free at**************.

    Even tho **** Jayson ******* had a heavy accent and I had difficulty understanding some of his words, he was patient and would repeat what he'd said. He was also knowledgeable in solving my situation.

    I contacted ******* on a recommendation. I could not be happier with the results. In less than an hour, they solved my problem with email not syncing and the send/receive function seemingly out of order. I'd recommend ******* if you need to talk to someoneno texting!
