    I've had a need to talk to their tech support on two occasions and on both occasions service that was provided was excellent. The biggest problem I had was the amount of time I had to wait for a call back. In one case it was about two hours and today it was 27 hours. The problem today was that I had no volume so that was a bit concerning but I couldn't use my computer very well.
