    ***** is not just a technician; hes a technological wizard! This guy didnt just speed up my computer, he put it into hyper speed! One of my biggest complaints was slow performance, and ***** tackled it like a superhero. He also waved his magic wand and banished all the nasty viruses lurking in the shadows of my system. And lets not forget the time he helped me navigate the labyrinth of my passwords now thats a feat worthy of applause.Ive been a loyal member of ************************** for many years, and now that it's under US Tech Support, Im thrilled that I can still get the help I need, exactly when I need it. Knowing that ***** and his team are out there fighting the good fight against tech troubles makes me sleep a little easier at night. Cheers to many more years of geeky goodness and stellar support!

    They take too long to answer their phone. Like sometimes half and hour or an hour. The tech support is excellent, once you get a hold of them. Yes, trustworthy service, well trained technicians, often amazingly helpful.
