    Damage to my condo unit 64 from condo upstairs unit 67 from a contractor replacing a upstairs toilet and he hit a water supply line that broke and he has contacted his Next insurance and the adjuster came out and they approved the damage but they havent done anything to take care of it! My claim number is NXTC-OHGL-JP3QKW! Please help damage done 9/17/2024

    I had my shower door broken on August 8; and still dealing back and forth on this issue. I have sent photos, text messages, invoices, and quotes and still nothing has been done. Its is almost December and that will be four months without a shower door and shower that is working since glass is down on the sink. I have not been able to take shower and nothing has been resolved.

    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to report a concern regarding Next insurance located at ************************, I referred another business to their insurance services as part of their referral program, which promised a reward.The company sent an email confirmation (attached) stating that I would receive the reward after a business gets a quote . However, despite the other businesses meeting the eligibility criteria, I have not received the promised reward.I believe this is a breach of their advertised promise and would like to request your assistance in resolving this matter.Thank you for your attention to this issue.

    I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau almost a month ago with this company they responded. I thought things were gonna move forward. Im almost 45 days into this claim and Im getting stonewall customer service. The investigator is no longer picking up his phone. Ive sent emails phone calls nothing I dont even know whats going on. The adjuster told me all she needs is my lease to complete the claim. Ill be putting the letter in this document as well as when I spoke to the investigator he made me aware that the adjusters sent him zero information prior to him coming to my home so I had to provide him with the information that she shouldve provided him with. This is impacted my company greatly. Ive had to file a complaint with the California insurance board with consumer affairs. This has been a fiasco that I dont understand. Whats the problem if theres any issues with my claim, why am I not being told? Why am I being left in the dark? NXTC-CACP-RY9H4W So once again, if anybody from the next team could help me understand whats going on I would appreciate it

    I was informed by my payroll company Gusto that I needed to have Worker's Comp because I had one part time ** employee who was with my company from December 2023 to July 2024. After they left, I did not hire another part-time employee until September 2024. By that time I had switched payroll companies but continued to maintain the Workers Comp policy and premiums were paid accordingly. On 10/07/2024 I received an email from Next insurance that they would not be renewing the policy on 01/01/2025. Reason given is that they cannot offer me a quoate at this time. In **********, contractors are not required to have workers compensation. Only if I employ a W2 am I required to obtain it. There has never been a claim filed on this policy. Since Worker's Compensation is mandatory in **********, the fact that Next Insurance has opted not to renew the policy has now made it impossible to obtain alternative coverage. There was no reason given and Next Insurance has a monopoly with payroll companies from ***** to ***** to ********. The only way Next was willing to renew my policy is if I modified it and paid over $1400 a year. This is based on one part time employee working only 10 hours a week at $20/hour who does not perform any hazardous tasks.

    They charged me on a policy for a business I don't have and claim they can't release that businesses information to me

    Last year my daughter got married. Our photographer was out of ****. The venues there dont require insurance like they do in **********. So I had to pay for it as an additional cost. This year Next insurance billed my card without any notice as is required in **********. When I called them and told them I did not agree to continue paying for this insurance for a business that wasnt mine, They told me to dispute it with my credit card company. I did and they denied it because Next says its a subscription.

    In September 2023 we hired ******** Construction to add an in-law suite which included moving our pool equipment. Before signing the contract we discussed all the equipment that was located on the side of the house that would need to be moved, he was there, he saw it all, multiple times. He damaged our pool/spa lights during the process. He refused to fix.I contacted Next insurance to file a claim and just got the denial email - Based on the information provided, the insured was hired to build an addition which required the removal of the fiber optics cable. However, the insured was not hired to relocate, repair, replace the fiber optics cable after the completion of the addition.Additionally, this policy's errors and omissions coverage does not provide coverage to any work that was not completed.This is unacceptable - the contractors work is the cause of our pool and spa lights not working now! The pool/spa lights ARE A PART OF THE POOL EQUIPMENT which is in the contract. The pool and spa light needs to be replaced/repaired, the housing needs to be repaired, and the concrete pool deck needs to be repaired/fixed, along with the nonslip surface on the concrete - to match what is already there to bring us back to where we started prior to any work being performed by this contractor.There is a clear cause and effect here. The contractor refuses to fix it. If he caused damage to our property while in the progress of work - then it should be covered! Hard stop!We hired ******** Construction because he was insured and he caused damage to our property so therefore, insurance should cover the damage. You go after him for your money back.We will be seeking to sue both ******** Construction and Next Insurance on small claims court if this isn't paid and resolved!We will also be filing a complaint to the FL Insurance Commissioner on Next Insurance

    Good morning I had a claim against one of you all clients ***** ***** did damage to my home after ******** had fixed majority of my home. He put a s**** in the pipe that said my bathroom. I have not been able to get this resolved. This happened in April 2023. I am reaching out to you all because I have filed many complaints with the Texas board of insurance. They have not done anything about the situation. Ive had mole in my house from the damages that your client did to my home that has been cleared up. You all gave ******** $29,000. You do not did not resolve, the issues that was in my home the adjuster that was assigned to the case told him about the flooring coming up you all sent an inspector to my home. He looked at the home and said it was very, very sloppy work. You all approved the $25,000 for my floors to be repaired in my home. You all said that he had a cap on his flooring. I still have $44,000 worth of damage to three bathrooms , this is unbelievable that this has gone on this long. No one has taken the time to fix my home. Im asking that someone reach out to me and talk to me about the situation because the adjuster did not thank you. I dont even know if this is the right area to be sending this complaint to, but I hope that you directed to the area that it needs to go

    Recently about a month ago, I received a letter from Next Insurance stating that my insurance policy will be renewed on 10/11/2024 and new annual premium is $1,007.00 and my current is $662.00. I think the policy number is NXTRJTTXLC-01-GL which is written in the letter but didn't mention this is the policy number. The letter sent to me is very simple; no policy attached or any explanations.I never buy any insurance from this company. I tried to call this company and no human answers the phone and the machine asking more information from me, of course I won't offer. I sent emails and no reaponse. I also saw a lot of complaints about this company. I really think this company is fraud. Please help me cancel any business with this company which I never ordered. I never heard them until now. I don't kmow how they stealed my information. Thank you very much
