    Horrible, we had 2 incidents in one weekend and BOTH claims DENIED IMMEDIATELY! A project we had m was vandalized worth over $100,000 was damaged and they said maybe if a tile was cracked or paint was spilled they would cover it but not for a burglary with damage? THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND NEVER PAY CLAIMS

    Title: Misleading Promises and Refusal to Refund After Joining **** Air Force I purchased an insurance policy from Next Insurance while working as a personal trainer for a private residential community in ********, ********Before I joined the **** Air Force in January 2025, a representative from Next Insurance clearly assured me that if I stopped using the insurance, I could request a refund.After entering active duty, I went through ************** Training (BMT) where service members have no phone or internet access followed by ***************** which also limited communication.When I was finally able to contact the company, I called Next Insurance twice, explained my situation, and offered to provide official military orders proving that I had left civilian life and never used their policy.Despite this, the company refused to refund the unused coverage, breaking the assurance given by their own representative.This is disappointing and misleading, especially toward those who serve the nation. A company that promotes support for small business owners should also demonstrate honesty, integrity, and fairness,particularly toward members of the **************.
