    Jacked our policy up the second year over 4k/yr. When we cancelled our policy they tried keeping an extra month of our payment. We switched and now pay $368/yr. Difficult to do anything over the phone.

    I've been working with Next Insurance for a few months now, and I have to say, they've been a game-changer for my small business. Their platform is super user-friendly, and the customer support team is always responsive and helpful. I've been able to customize my policies to fit my business needs, and the pricing is very competitive.What really sets Next apart, though, is the peace of mind they've given me. I no longer worry about what might happen if something goes wrong - I know I'm covered.     All most small shops really need is basic coverage. NEXT has met the need for $200 less than my previous insurer AND they make it even better by allowing monthly installments instead of me writing a big check up front. Now if only they would get into Home coverage for a third less than the big companies, but that's not likely in **********'s rip-off cost of living situation.

    Next insurance agent ******* was a very knowledgeable and helpful agent. Didn't try to sell me a policy I didn't need. He saved me so much more money than American Family, who didn't want to try and help me, they just raised the premium 50% for coverage I didn't need.

    For my *********** I submitted the document to the landlord, they requested changes. I had no issue changing things multiple time to meet the requirement, no waiting for agent, and the price is unbelievable. I wish cars and home insurance would be as such, all these years I was getting ripped off
