              Very poor service and extremely expensive. They charged us over $14,000 per year for worker's comp. We have one full time employee and three temps that work less than 20 hours per week in an office. We've never had an insurance claim of any type and our employees work in an office with no equipment other than a computer. We decided to shop for insurance this year and got covered by an extremely well-known carrier via a large broker for less than $1,000 per year. After our contract expired NEXT continued to automatically withdraw funds from our account. Our representative claimed to have requested a refund, but it never came. In addition, NEXT let us know that they may send us another bill for the cancelled coverage after an audit. Despite our never filing a claim and having the policy expired.
