    On 9/7/2023 I went into a gas station downtown shell in ************ with a car issue . I was told that diagnostics would be done on the car to find out the issue and that would be $129 and that that would be added to the price of what it cost to repair the car.. when I picked up the car several days later I did not look at the receipt until I got home and found out that the 129 was added on top of what it cost to repair the car I was not I was told two different things I was told totally different thing than what he said when I picked up the car that's my first issue the second issue is I looked up both parts that were purchased for my car and they are both a couple hundred one one is $100 less and the other one is $200 less everywhere you look for it I was overcharged in parts I don't know how you people handle this if you if you document it on something for other people to read or you get back to me or how this happens but you know what don't go to the Shell station if you have a different option go somewhere else that's all I'm saying if you need to contact me my number is ************
