            Brought my vehicle in after an electrical fire. **** admitted to electrical burning smell the day of pickup and it was not documented. He also said there was evidence of rodents, but couldnt specify what, and made sure to put that in the report. I look at the paperwork and there was no indication of him admitting to the odor in my vehicle. **** then called him since I was in the buyback process and he said there was no smell. After further questioning, he admitted to admitting a smell but said it went away before giving the vehicle back, which was a bold face lie. Because of Glens lies, **** denied my buyback and I am not forced to spend money that I dont have, on a lawyer, to proceed with getting rid of this car for me. The odor is so strong it puts a risk to my health and **** knew it and knew he was lying.

            My car has been in and out of Villa **** since January 10th (today is February 8th). My transmission went out and I was advised that my entire transmission needed to be rebuilt, easy ok. After a week in the shop I picked up my car, not even 15 minutes after driving away my check engine light comes on. I take it back to Villa ************************ my advisor did not read the report form the technician that said there was something else going on with my car. My car sits at Villa **** for another week getting fixed, again. I get a call that its ready, not even 15 minutes later my transmission over heating warning/light came on. ***** the Service Manager did not want to claim responsibility for this and did not want my car to be towed back, after begging they accepted my car back to fix what they started and couldnt seem to fix. After another week in the shop, I pick up my car and everything is good for 2 days but I didnt drive anywhere the day I picked up the car. Today, February 8th, I took my car to work and everything was fine. Until it was time to go home and my cars transmission over heating light came on 3 times and I had to pull over on the side of the highway, where there was no place to stop other than the shoulder. I have paid over $5000 in tows and a new transmission. Villa **** did pay for my rental car and my *****/3 times its been towed. Do not go here to get your car serviced. I have to trade in my car now, after I just got done paying my car off for 7 years.
