My girlfriend *************************** came to visit me and out daughter and she was late on a payment and they repo her car. She was sent a binding contract that she has till Nov 19,2023 to pay the balance and she came up with the money and they wont release her because they said she moved to ******* when she was just visiting her daughter that she has not seen in a long time. I seriously cant continue to finance through them. They are super rude and doesnt work with anybody. They threaten to repo your car even when you make a half payment trying to say youre late as if you giving them even 200 is a choice that we want to do. Were giving our last. I have called blackfish company twice in the last two days regarding my vehicle that they are financing. I have a partial payment that is due for my car note which is $235. I paid $175 payment last week to show good faith that I am going to make my payment. I had a situation occurred this morning where my vehicle was impounded so I have to pay the impound fees which is $300, I contacted blackfish Capital and I let them know about the situation. I asked them and explain to them please I will make the remaining payment next week. I am only a week past due for my payment and these people tell me well we can go get it from the impound lot if we want to. If you dont make the payment by the end of today we can go get your car. They have no understanding of people situation. They have no sympathy no remorse for just wanting the money and not understanding that people do not have extra money lying around for some situations like this and in my case, I dont have a car payment plus my insurance plus the impound fees to pay everything and these people have the audacity to tell me that Im going to have to worry about me walking out of my house to go to my car to go to work or to go do anything I may need to do this next week and have to worry about my vehicle not being there she told me yeah thats what youre going to have to worry about Im not sure who I spoke to but that is unbelievable you people are cruel you people have no understanding you people need to have some feeling and understanding that people in this world need help sometimes and you as a finance company should understand that and if a payment is only a week past due and the person is showing good faith by making a partial payment, how are you not going to except a partial payment and agree OK yes you can go ahead and and pay it next week . That is unbelievable. Unbelievable you people. And I promise that if my vehicle gets impounded because you want to come get it, youre getting sued.Initial Complaint

I bought 08 Mercury grand marquis ****** 8 2022 since I bought this car. On April 4 2023 a representative calls my phone stating that I have to pay ***** more than my original monthly payment which is 2***** the so call reason for this she says," because I signed a CPI document stating I have to have full coverage on this car to operate on the road. I have the contract with blackfish and it never stated this or, have I ever heard of anything like this. If anything they should lower my payments to ****************************************************************** The picture of this car when displayed only showed small paint damages but we're bigger when I arrived, also window issues and tires that wasn't drivable they lied about fixing both issues but curved my phone calls I fixed the problems myself ...Initial Complaint

I was recently let go from my job due to health issues. This triggered a domino effect in my payments for my car. Ultimately they raised my original car note amount from $547 to $647 without my permission due to my car insurance expiring. My account began to become delinquent due to my financial obligations and responsibilities. I informed them that I will be behind for ******* payment due to this. They told me to make good faith payments to show that Im actually paying on the car and Im becoming current . I gotten it down from $1500 behind to $505 (less than my monthly payment) within two weeks . I informed them my check for my new job doesnt come until march 3rd and they can expect a payment of $1k but they are refusing payment now even with two recent payments of another $1k was made on February 2nd and 10th. Where do I even start. This is the absolute worst company to do business with by far. They are beyond rude. They have sent me letters stating that I am late with payments that are not even due yet. They have previously threatened to repo my vehicle when my payment was only 10 days late. The b**** who is in charge of my account, *****, is the rudest person I've ever spoken too and should not work in customer service. I attempted to put in for a due date change since we had an issue with income loss and she claimed that I could put in for a change and then it got denied anyway after fighting with her about my payment that was only a couple days late. I had always been on time with my payments and even paid ahead of time until recently when we had some things come up unexpectedly. I have never been more then 30 days late yet they are always threatening to send me to collections. The vehicle in question is not even drivable at the moment. It's so frustrating. As soon as the payment is 1 day late they start calling and texting 2-3 times a day including harassing my references and telling them my business. I can't wait to get this loan paid off and give this company the finger. I don't recommend anyone using them for any loan. It's just not worth the headache.Initial Complaint

Blackfish is harassing me about payments they say I owe after my car was stolen. The police found my car and took it to the two yard for safety reasons and when i didn't have the money to pay the tow yard I asked the car dealer and black fish if they could get my car out of the impound they both Said there was no way for them to get my car which was insured at the time and the same day it was stolen I was suppose to trade in to get financed for a new car with no engine problems. I had made an agreement with Blackfish to trade in the vehicle and that's I had to trade in before I was 3 months behind. Two weeks go by and as I was on my way to the two yard to get my car blackfish calls me and ask me if I want my car back and that I had to pay them **** to get my car back. I told th how did you get my car and they said they had it for a week now not only did they take my car without my knowledge or notification that they was going to get it they also put a repo on my credit they offer to give it back if I pay them **** when I was only 800 behind on my payment I went online and consulates with a lawyer who told me that they are committing consumer auto fraud my car only cost ***** but my contract states two other prices other then thev*****. That's fraud as well upping the price by **** and changed my apr to 29percent. On top of that blackfish has been harassing me at least once or twice a week sometimes telling me that I owe them **** for the car now and then they don't even have my car anymore I said why would i pay you guys for a car I don't have that they basically stole from me and that they have obviously resold again. I also have a car that I cosigner for that they harass me and my daughter for payments as soon as she is a day late and they don't just harass us they call everyone that is on our referrals sheet. Blackfish Capital has inaccurately reported my payment history and refuses to assume responsibility and correct accordingly. For example, its a 60 month car loan, currently, they report 19 payments are remaining. However, manually adding all payments paid equals 45 payments there are some months where I paid double and there are payments reversed on error and I actually paid the corresponding month they report they have reversed. I asked for a payment to be deferred, however, policy indicates you cannot be behind on your payments. However, the month deferred is actually deferred and the next month is reported late causing a downstream effect until October 9 where due date changed to the 23 but it appears they count October 9 as a payment and October 23 as a single payment causing a downstream effect. Ive been cheated ************************************************************************************************************* 3 months past due when if they actually correct their errors it reflects no late payments. They got a lien but from sol acceptance when they are Blackfish Capital actually a title loan. They vehicle I believe was a salvage manipulated by the original sale agent laautoexchange ***********.
