    Their payment portal is subpar and double charged me days apart. Their online payment service is not trustworthy. I would suggest sending them money orders to avoid unauthorized charges. Terrible company

    Something seriously needs to be done to this company. They speak to customers like criminals. They threaten **, yell at us, and ultimately make us feel unsafe. Im literally scared for my personal well being after getting off of the phone with them. I will absolutely seek legal action and advice after dealing with them. Its a shame how customer service agents talk to customers. We are giving our last, in my situation literally, to try and accommodate their needs. Please look into this company. I highly doubt that the people taking these phone calls are qualified to do their job because Ive dealt with functional, operational customer service agents, and they are not it. I beg you guys to remove this business. They are no good for the public.

    HORRIBLE,rude people that are uneducated, I can't wait to see them lose in court becuase of stupid idiot employees that harass people.see you lose in court soon idiots They are a real scam, I told them I am in a BK and ***** said oh well we'll act like we dont know and keep calling you. lol see you in court morons

    It hurts me to even have to give a one star. They deserve 0. Talk about being the most horrible, rudest and idiotic people to deal with. Especially the worker *****!!!!! She needs to learn some manners and how to talk to people. Instead of hanging up on someone cause you know you are wrong!!!! Not only is she rude she is also ignorant. Dont know the other ignorant females name but, next time when you think you have someone on hold and you are complaining about the customer on the phone speaking Spanish. Because you assume they dont understand, make sure they cant hear you!!! Im pretty sure they both felt pretty dumb when I told them I understand what you are saying!!! lol then click got hung up on. Stay away from this company!!!! Worst ever!!!!

    Worse financing company ever customer service ***** they are entirely to rude no compassion or understanding to ones situation I never been late on a payment first time being late because I was transitioning from one job to another and it took some time before I could get my first paycheck, blackfish capital harassed me everyday with none stop calls threatening me with repo sending people to my house this company is the worse place to do business.. 0stars for me

    What do I think about Blackfish Capital? I think they called me, looking for someone else, and didn't check that my number is on the National Do Not Call Registry. So, yeah, they already are in the rears with me. **** calling and I can file a complaint against you with the **** :-)

    I just got a car loan and they are a very good company if your responsible. Many reviews are crying becuase they are not responsible keeping their word on the contract they signed. I've never had any issues and if I do I call them and within minutes I get it fixed. Yes the APR is high but I have bad credit its my fault no one elses. Part of that fault is paying high APR for a car I want. Overall great company just be responsible!!!!!

    If I could give this place 0 I would. I am not surprised to come on the the BBB page and see the ratings this corporate has received and i am so glad they aren't accredited by them.Literally the WORST corporate to exist. They have absolutely no idea what they're doing, what it is to know certain laws and regulations and they have no experience in customer service. Every Single person I have talked to is outright disrespectful and quickly changes when ever I request Legal Documentation like my contracts, pay off quote, past statements, etc.. They have no knowledge of the basics and will hang up on you when they realize you know what your talking about. For WEEKS I've been requesting copies of my legal contracts due to my vehicles being broken into and they place me on hold for the longest and then say "I sent it to your email, you should have it bye" and hang up. and NOTHING in my inbox. I am copying and pasting this on to the BBB because I have been a trying for the longest with them and they continue to stall. They are the worst corporate to deal with. Your rate changes EVERY DAY and goes up everyday. The WORST corporate to hold your private information and your loans. Run from these people and if your still dealing with them, find a better bank and refinance ASAP because they live off high interest, and they do not offer refinancing. Ask yourself WHY every time you come across an issue with these people and you'll slowly understand they are the PRIME example of a corrupted corporate and offer nothing more than disgusting customer service. I do not feel sorry for leaving such a heavy review on a company, they absolutely deserve to be recognized for SUCH ugly behavior.

    This company is the worse finance company Ive ever dealt with they are never willing to work with you. They have tried to pick up my vehicle not even being 1 week past due. They have been harassing me, coming to my house multiple times. This company is so ridiculous
