      The best day of my life turned out to be one of the worst. Thanks to the Los Cabs sports village. Weve had like 3 - 4 manager turnover, I shouldve expected my wedding day to turn out the way it did. The final manager on duty constantly asked for a meeting because we also had to turn in our deposit; I had to explain in detail that she had to wait for me to get my schedule. Because unlike them, I work at a hospital where I sometimes work night shifts and get off at midnight. 1. We paid $250 for uplights which they didnt provide. Thanks to our dj, had brought his own set. My husband had to constantly ask them for his refund and was lied to about being sent out last Friday. He finally received it after 3 weeks.2. The venue was supposed to be open at 11am and they opened 30 mins later.3. Food served was cold 4. We had 10 guests who didnt attend and the venue still wasnt able to feed all of our attending guests. The waitresses said they werent given enough food to serve. Whats even more annoying is the waiting staff has the audacity to eat my cake but couldnt feed all my guests.5. I was supposed to meet with someone before the event started, to have a run through and no one showed up or even introduced themselves.6. No utensils and plates were provided to us for the cake cutting. We had to use our hands as a plate to feed each other for the cake cutting ceremony.7.The waiting staff took photos in the photo booth while on the clock working.Mind you we brought some of these things up with the manager and OWNER via email. Im pretty sure the owner had the respond and didnt want to deal with it. Company takes no responsibility or accountability after you pay them thousands of dollars. **************** is horrible because after all these complaints, we got well I hope your next event whatever if maybe goes better. No refund on the guests who werent fed at my wedding.
