Like others have mentioned, no customer support. Bought a computer from their amazon store worked fine during the intial 30 days. Come day 40 the graphics card starts acting up. No picture on screen. **************** says oh pay a $300 deposit and we send you a new card, once we get the old card from you we refund you the $300. Really? Thats a high deposit I say he says or u can send in the card and then we send u a new one. Ok so how long will that take ***** days he says. So youre telling me, my son spends over a grand on a new computer and now he supposed to stare at the walls for 2 weeks. He says or you can pay the $300. No help nothing! Ridiculous!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Bought a new gaming PC from this company. It crashed twice when first booted up and eventually stopped working altogether. When returning for a replacement they sent the wrong shipping label, so I had to pay to send it back. After a week got the replacement. Also won't boot. Returning this one for a refund. I would NEVER suggest buying from Skytech Gaming. They don't make sure the PCs they send out work.

Bought one of their gaming PC's for my Grandson $.425,00 on Amazon it arrived dead I live in Pa Grandson in Ma so took awhile to get it hooked up my Nephew a Computer Engineer traveled 90 miles when he could from his home to hook up as my Son, my Grandsons Father had recently passed away, so it took two weeks longer than 30 days to hook up it was DOA right out of the box it advertised a DVD player but there was none in fact it was approximately a 100.00 cheaper model that my Grandson actually received, not even the one I paid for. SKYTECH said they would only fix it under the 1 year warranty and I would have to pay shipping to send their DOA Computer to be repaired and there would be no grantee. But I did not buy a broken Gaming PC. SKYTECH just said pretty much not their problem because it was past the 30 days Amazon did noting to help either as they said it was past the 30 days will never buy anything like that from Amazon again you cannot trust them anymore and SKYTECH is just a dishonest Company BUYER BEWARE of SKYTECH

Wish there was an option for 0 Stars. What can I say, worst company that sells custom built PCs for the consumer. Did a warranty claim and they sent the PC back with a downgraded MoBo that hindered gameplay and processing. Terrible tech and customer service. Something needs to be done about these vultures. Hindsight is 20/20! Build your own PC from NewEgg and save yourself the headache and lots of money and have a better running PC.

I bought a 3,000 Dollar Skytech pre-built from this company barely a year ago. Right off the bat when I got the PC in there was a graphics problem. I talked to support over the next few days and got someone on the phone, he took a look at it and said it needs a new graphics card. Fine, they tell me to take the graphics card out of the pc send it back to them then they send me a new one, great. Now less than a year later I'm having issues with my PC, once again it's a graphical issue.
My pc is still under warranty and they wanted me to fix it per their instructions so they don't have to send it in. I'm NOT a computer tech, sending alien talk to me over an email saying do this is not an acceptable way to handle this. So I told the person as much and she sends me back a sassy message about how they need information plus my receipt which I had and if I didn't have "ALL" of the information they wouldn't do anything. So then they email me back saying they'll send me just a label without proper packaging and if something breaks on the way it's not on them.
If I spend thousands of dollars on your company you better do your best to help your consumer and not be a complete jerk about it. I advise anyone thinking of buying from Skytech to not do so, I'm not the only one that has had these problems with graphics seeing as it's a main complaint from this company. My old Cyberware computer was barely 800 dollars and still runs better than this, using it at this very moment as a back up.

Just called the company today 6/19/2023. Spoke to a guy that sounded like he didn't wanna work there. I asked about one of the computers for 4 thousand bucks, he said it was a "pre built " . I said okay, how do I know what kind of graphics card I get with this PC? It just says Nvidia 4090 it does not list the brand I.E. MSI, Asus, Gigabyte etc. He said unfortunately I can't tell you that it varies. I said okay can you go look inside the case of the one I'm buying and see? ( Clear glass case btw) . No. I said okay can you pop one graphics card out and stick another one in ( task takes 2 mins tops like lego easy ) and I'll just pay the difference . " No". I said okay I live really close and have had a bad experience with shipping PCs can I please come and pick up my PC directly from you, You can leave it outside as I pull up and I will remain distant no worries no covid. He asked me " Where do you live?" I said 10 miles away. He said " No sorry we can't do that" I quickly just said alrighty you guys just don't seem to wanna sell any PCs and hung up. - review- Honestly prolly using refurbished parts, Pulling cards out of sent back PCs and putting them into the new ones. Don't want you to see their operation, Won't even let you save a trip through sending a 4000 dollar machine through UPS ground ( Think Ace Ventura 1 ) Total joke. Buyer beware. It only let's me leave one star, I would leave 0 if I could .

My experience was great. The shipping was fast and while there was an error with the OS, it was remedied within a couple days.
