      Graphics card died 3 months after I got the new pc every fan died the month the warranty ended. Its made in a way that almost makes it impossible to replace them without it looking like trash afterwards. Subpar parts with poor overall performance.

      Let me just say I had high hopes but it ended up very very poorly. Super disappointed indeed. I originally purchased a brand new Skytech Gaming PC for the price of $2699 from ****** in Jan of 2025. Once I purchased, ****** said that they will contact me via email when the item will be shipped out. I would occasionally ask ****** chat for an estimated delivery time and ****** would say in March of 2025. Cool I will wait cause I understand that this PC had the newest RTX 5080 which is hard to come by. Weekly I would check Amazon for the same item and sometimes I would see the same exact item in stock and sometimes not. I was puzzled as to why it would say in stock but my item would not be shipped. This happened for a while and I would slowly see the price increase in ******. March comes by and I receive an email from ****** saying that I can either cancel the order or wait for delivery on April 14th. I decided that I will wait till April. Again while waiting, I kept seeing the item go in stock to out of stock. April 14th comes around and I have not received my PC nor was it marked shipped in ******. The next day I chatted with ****** and they said that the only option for me is to cancel. This is indeed some shady activity to try and get me to cancel my order at $2699. I proceeded to cancel cause I do not want to wait any longer and ****** couldn't do anything for me. Once I cancelled, I immediately checked the same item and BOOM! The item is fully in stock at $3300. That is crazy to me that I want to give them my money but instead they wanted to scalp the new RTX 5080 and charge it at a higher price then to honor the price I originally paid for. This is the *********** that Skytech Gaming is.

      January 2025 -- This is crazy. Ordered a ** (thankfully through Amazon distribution) for nearly $3000. When it arrived, it had no RAM and wouldn't turn on. After I took the ** to MicroCenter to run diagnostics, they informed me the ** also had no CPU, and the *** didn't work/was used. I also tested the **** and it wasn't working either. It took nearly 2 weeks for the company to respond to my customer support email, only to say "glad to hear ****** was able to take care of that for you" (****** was able to get my refund, thankfully). In other words, they *do not* care if they scam you, and they are not worried about it. Do yourself a HUGE favor - AVOID.

      They gave me a pc that cant activate windows and they dont offer any solutions I have spend multiple days trying to get this fixed and both ********* have not helped me at all and I am planning on getting a refund for my pc. This company ***** and ********* *****.

      They sent me my 3000. order it didn't work. So I sent back for them to fix. They said they would rebuild it and great back to me by the 15th at the latest but I haven't received or received shipping info. I call them back now it won't be shipped out till next week and you would think they would overnight it back on them but no they want to charge me 200 more dollar for their mess up. I called their competitor they B.R they are building, testing and overnighting at no extra charge.

      I ordered a custom PC with a 4TB storage drive and a 1TB system drive. They put Windows on the 4TB drive which left me with a very small storage drive. They just shrugged and said I got 5TB of drive space. They made a mistake and will do nothing to fix it. All I get is a run around and no real information.

      This company should be shut down. I invested(not just bought, invested) in their PC entrusting them with the work. Spent $2,500 on their product. I rely on my PC for work and college. It failed after 3 months, they had me send it back to their facility for warranty work. I need a PC, and they said it will take a month to fix mine with no solutions while mine is repaired. **************** is pathetic.

      I've never had a bad experience buying and using a ** until I foolishly bought a ** from STG. Absolutely poor product and "support". You've replaced the first ** with a new one. Then the replacement had the SAME ISSUE as the first. Paid $84 to ship it back to STG for repairs. STG had it for over a month for "service". Then STG shipped it only to not fill out the import paperwork correctly, so it sat in customs for another half a week. Then when I finally received it, within 1 hour the ** had the SAME ISSUE I sent it in to get repaired for, the same issue I got a replacement for the first time. Totally unacceptable. A defective product you can't even repair - and it's the same problem everytime! Worst experience ever. I will make 100% sure I NEVER buy a ** from STG/SkyTech again, or any of my friends.

      bought the ST-ChronosW-****-SK pc from them and within just a month, the pc died. fans stopped spinning and two red light lit up on the motherboard. contacted support about the issue, they left me hanging for 2 weeks. now that ive taken it to a local pc repair / tech shop, they respond and reply. their service reps are no help. one told me to attempt troubleshooting after id shown proof of the pc not even powering on. the cpu and dram lights on the motherboard were lit up. i recall one of the lights being lit up when the pc first arrived but i hadnt thought much of it due to the fact that it was my first ever pc, let alone the first purchase of one. after awhile the first red light had gone away , stopped being lit up. i've contacted the 3rd party they use for purchases as well, i believe for payment plans? they weren't any help either. all around this company is plainly put, dog s*** dont bat an eye towards any of the pcs they advertise. you're better off building and ordering a better pc from nzxt.
