5 starsEZ Name Change WOW! It's in the name folks! They made everything so EASY to change my wife's name with courts. Thank you so much for providing this service, I couldn't have done it on my own. By the way, I had a million questions, and they always answered me right back, one time they even called me to help explain what I was not understanding. ******* customer service. 5 starsA truly EZ experience! *** and his team were great! Any questions or concerns were promptly answered. As a matter of fact, on my actual court date by Zoom, I panicked and couldnt remember where my login info for the appearance was. Keep in mind my appearance was at 10:00 am. I started to login around 9:30 and couldnt. After wasting over a half hour frantically overlooking the info that I needed, I reached out to *** at EZ Name Change who immediately and patiently provided me with the info I already had. ***! I made my court appearance and as of this review, I have my LEGAL name change. I would truly recommend EZ Name Change! Thank you!!!Review fromLuis O

We don't get 1 star reviews very often but I always look at them carefully. 5-Star reviews are what we shoot for with every customer, so we hope to learn something to be better if we've dropped the ball. The comments by this customer seem more ****** than ****** to me. I've reviewed this customers service file with us and there were a lot of communications. I didn't see where we might have been faster or better in support of her Legal Name Change, but I may have overlooked something.For now, I think we have to chalk this up to a possible mismarking of ratings here. All the communications, documents and results appear to be A+ and we continue to wish this person the very best going forward.
