  I needed my name changed for a real ID. I wanted a company that specializes in name changes and would do all the paperwork for me and in a timely manner. EZ Name Change was just what I needed. A thank you to ****** of EZ Name Change for all his help in making this whole process so simple and easy and at a reasonable price. All I did was sign my name on some papers and attend court on the hearing date. ****** took care of all the rest. I would never have been able to do this on my own or without the guidance and assurance provided. Definitely 5 stars!

  I had an great experience with EZ name change overall and want to thank *** Del Mar for being a helpful, prompt, responsive, partner through the process. Two things I would suggest to prospective customers, and they are both because courts are running late on scheduling name change hearings: 1. Express processing is not worth it: with my court date being over 4 months after my application, there was no point in paying the extra money because it made almost no difference to the timeline. 2. Schedule your *** appointment early: I wish the team had asked me to proactively schedule the *** appointment to process the name change in advance. After 4 months of waiting for the court date, I found that I needed to wait another month to get an appointment with the ***, and you must go to the *** before you can change anything with the DMV.Nevertheless, I highly recommend working with these guys as they will save you the huge headache of getting the paperwork in order (especially the press publications with the name change is a huge time saver). Thank you team!

  I want to thank this customer for his constructive criticism and kind words. About the *** appointment, that's an excellent suggestion and we're going to adopt some guidance about scheduling an appointment with them. However, the court process is sometimes delayed due to changing conditions at the court. So, there would be a bit of risk to scheduling the appointment in timing coordinated to the Hearing/Approval date. It might take some management of the *** appointment, but it's an idea that can definitely be considered by anyone needing to update *** after a legal name change (not everyone does). Thank you for passing on that idea.That only save 2-3 weeks of the timeline and does not speed up the process within the court. So everyone considering eXpedited ************ with EZ Name Change should consider whether the 2-3 weeks matters for the $45 charge. Some courts do have a 2 month timeline for court processing, some have 3, 4 or more. Inside the court, those timelines can get faster or slower depending on case loads, administration decisions about allocating resources, staffing, and other factors. Those conditions change also. I totally get it how, in light of the eventual time lines you had to cope with in your particular process...in hind sight, you wouldn't have opted for eXpedite. Understood and, point taken. We can control the processing time within EZ Name Change, but not at all within the courts or ************ Congratulations! And, Thank you.

  I chose this company at random from an internet search, not knowing what to expect. ******* handling of my name change surpassed my every expectation. In fact any person I communicated with at EZ Name Change was professional, direct and efficient. I was nervous about the complexity of the process, but ****** made the entire thing painless and smooth. I provided him with the required info, and ****** handled every detail. The process was much faster than I anticipated, very efficient, and in the end my name change was granted with absolutely no complications. I highly recommend EZ Name Change to anyone who wants to do this in the easiest, most efficient way. The service is well worth the cost in saved time, worries and energy.   Context - I was born in the late '80s where they were still riding stuff down by hand. My last name was misspelled. Not only was it misspelled but the last name that was misspelled was a name that I did not resonate with nor use really my whole life since I was raised by somebody else. With the birth of a child on the horizon I knew I wanted to get it fixed I also was getting married I knew that now was the time more than ever to get this change fixed. I spent time researching companies that were either vague or charged a lot but didn't do anything to make the process any less intimidating. I found EZ name change and reached out. Not only were they informative but were friendly and even remembered me the couple times I called back afterwards to get more information until I was ready. I apologize in general for not remembering everyone's name as I dealt with various people, all who were very helpful and informed of the situation so I never had to repeat myself. But every single person in that building deserves the credit for taking something that has been a constant stress my entire life especially adulthood and easing the process. The fees were fair the timeline was realistic and even when I went to my hearing the whole process took maybe 10 minutes. Not only do I highly recommend this company to anyone but if there was an award I would give one to each of the staff. This company is A+++++.I'm forever grateful for their assistance with getting my name changed completed as well as the fair pricing because in these times it's definitely something that's appreciated. I shed legit tears once everything was complete because I finally had gotten this monkey off of my back. And I owe that all to EZ Name change. Thank you guys again and anyone who reads this, trust this will be an easy process that is informative non-inimidating and everyone you come across is a genuine person. Greatest company EVER

  When I first started looking into my name change, I was immediately overwhelmed and confused with the paper work and court process. I decided to use a service to help me through it and I found EZ and couldn't be happier with them! They made the entire process easy and basically did all the work for me, all while giving me clear and detailed information on everything I needed. Not only that, but they were VERY quick at responding to any of my questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance with their name change.

  Worth every *****! The legal process of changing my name seemed complicated and intimidating especially while being very busy with starting a new job. EZ Name Change was truly easy! You provide requested documents via email and fill a short questionnaire of information needed for the court , receive the paperwork with a prepaid envelope. I got it notarized at my local post office and sent it off! My appointment was scheduled for me and I just had to show up online on video for my court hearing (which can vary by the court if hearing is person or online). Everyone was so kind and helpful. Shout out to ****** K (and the other staff), who primarily managed my case and constantly updated me via email of every step. I highly recommend this company for a name change.

  Worth every darn ***** and they were pretty darn reasonable. We paid the extra ***** for rush service and boy did we get it! Quick turn around time and customer service was on point! The name ********************** was for my husband and he is super happy with the service!
