              About a month ago I placed an order on the chipotle app and didnt receive my guacamole that I paid for so I got a coupon to make up for it. When going to use my coupon in person I was told the coupon scanned and discount was applied to my order only to get the receipt and when I messaged corporate and asked them to refund me the difference I was denied essentially scamming me twice now for this guacamole charge.

              Food is just bad now sadly, portions are small. Used to come here two-three times a week. It was so bad the last time I had it. I waited about 5 months then tried it again. Absolutely gross, paid for double meat portion that was ice cold (yes I picked it up) Employees hate their lives, guacamole is always brown, veggies are mush. Quality is just bad.If they wonder why this business is failing its because quality and quantity has plummeted. Bye bye chipotle never returning ?? ??
