BBB contacted the business regarding certification as a Legal Document Assistant. BBB has been in contact with the business regarding the certification since late 2015. The business explained to the BBB that it had extenuating circumstances as to why they were not able to have the proper certification, and in good faith BBB gave the business extra time to try to fix the issues. On July 21, 2016 BBB contacted the business and the business was still not able to acquire the proper certification.
