    I have plugged Clarifion units in every room of my house. They have done and are doing a terrific job of keeping the dust particles down in my house. Instead of dusting my furniture every week I only need to dust every 4-5 weeks. Thank you for sending them.

    I purchased 9 ODx units and 12 replacement bulbs in January from Clarifion. I emailed them on numerous occasions after a month delay regarding the failed delivery. I received no response. I finally contacted my credit card company after a 2 month delay. They reversed the charge. Clarifion informed them that my order was finally delivered and the charge was reinstated. I received 5 ODRx units and none of the bulbs. I was able to contact a Clarifion representative by phone who requested that I send a photo of what I received at the request of upper management. I have tried to call the representative but received a message that all representatives were busy and to leave a message. I did and I am still waiting for a return call !

    I recently purchased this product. I am very happy with the product. It works very well . I dust less often and even our cat has stopped sneezing from excess dust.

    I would give a 0 star review if I could! I placed an order back in Febuary. Then I started getting emails from them saying "Check us out on ******". After a month of waiting for them to send me a trracking number about my order, I checked out Amazon, and sure enough ****** had the same item I ordered in stock for same day delivery, yet Clarifion customer service has been giving me the running around saying "3-5 business days not including weekends". I requested my order to be cancelled and a refund sent to me. I got an email sent to me saying I would get an email when the refund has been issued. That refund and order cancellation was done March 11th and I haven't gotten my refund or an email stating that the refund has been issued! They are refusing to give me back my money for an order I never received!

    I was skeptical when I first received my order. I placed them around the house. Within 1 day I felt the difference. I was able to breathe easier than I had the last several years. I wish I could take this experience with me when I leave the ******** bedroom is large and I only placed 1 . I even left my two large closets ajar. Its wonderful. Anyone having doubts ( I did) YOU MUST TRY IT TO BELIEVE IT.

    I have been requesting for my full refund. It has been past 10 business days and I still have not received my money. Trying to get in contact with someone in almost impossible. Their chat system doesn't connect to no one. I do not even have the product, I do not want the product, I just want my full refund in the amount of $133.24 ASAP!

    this really works. i put it by my cat litter box & no problem with odor any more. the air is now refreshing. i'm going to order another one soon. thank you clarifion for a great product.

    The air in our home was plagued with dust and who knows what else. We had bought the place here on the Oregon coast, and it had a history of problems which were not revealed from the seller; leaky roofs, mold, etc. We considered a lawsuit, but decided to keep the place and clean it up, as we really loved the house, location, and more. After much heavy duty cleaning, replacing portions of the roof and adding more ventilation, and replacing a number of windows, we still noticed a 'mustiness' in the indoor air. About that time I came across an ad for Clarifion. I was skeptical at first, but decided to order 3 units. We were amazed at how fresh the air felt in each room we placed them in! No more stuffy, musty quality to the air! I was SO impressed, and wrote a sterling review on the company's website.Subsequently I've ordered 6 more units, so we can have one in each room of our house, and we are eagerly looking forward to delivery. The Clarifion company has been very responsive and supportive and highly ethical, and I have and will continue recommending them very highly to anyone who might have allergies and/or poor air quality in their homes or offices.
