    The post office lost the order for a couple of weeks but when I finally got it I noticed a difference in the air quality in my room. A blue light perhaps isn't the best choice (they're supposed to be disruptive) but I'm pleased with the device itself.

    Does not work as advertised. The room I installed it in still has cat pee odor. Plus for the cost of the unit they still want you to buy extra light bulbs? Why the installed ones don't do a **** thing

    Ordered 3 Clarifion ODRx and 12 replacement bulbs with a warranty for the product itself. Received them in timely manner. I put all three of them near my litter box but unfortunately they did not help with the dust or smell at all. I had only had them for 2 days. I contacted the company and he said to keep them and he would only refund me 30% of my purchase price which is only about $54 of a $191 order. I told him no that I have 30 days to send everything back and I want close to a full refund. They made the process of sending everything back very inconvenient and did not provide me with a prepaid postage shipping label to return product. However I did receive almost a full refund of product once they received it back. I will not be buying from again.

    We reluctantly ordered the Clarifion products and the very first day after plugging the product in our home smelt cleaner and both my wife and I could breath better. Not a lot of filters to buy and change. The rooms just have a feel of cleaner air.

    I think that these plug-ins (clarifion) work great, even better than the older ones. And I luv that they have replacement bulbs (uvc), so you don't have to replace whe whole unit only the bulb. They just might work better than my bigger units that I have in two of my rooms. Ready to turn those off.
