  I have never used this product, but believe their ad is misleading: Clarifion is a seller of plug-in ionizers. Their online ad 'grab' begins with a picture of someone's hand cutting a "Pool Noodle" into small sections with a knife. This picture has absolutely NOTHING to do with the socket-sized ionizer they refer to much later in the ad. The purpose of the Pool Noodle cutting picture is obviously to lead potential customers into reading the entire ad, which, through pucture placement, has indicated (falsely) that the picture may have something to do with a wonderful new "answer" for people who suffer from serious allergies. The ad goes on for several pages, never once including any reference to the bizzare picture that initially pulled people in to find out more about this "unique discovery." This proves to be a waste of time brought about through intentially misleading and/or misrepresenting their actual product. Isn't this a form of illegal advertising?Thank you.

  Not worth the money. The units dont last. I bought six units, three lasted three months, the others six months. A version with a filter that needs to be cleaned would be better. At least it would last longer. Wouldnt purchase these again.

  Product is a fire hazard! ************** is a scam they do not stand behind their refund policy. They try to weary out down so you dont get to return in the thirty day window. ??????????????????

Please know that the 30 day warranty is from the day your order was delivered through the first time you contact customer service no matter how long it take customer service to reply. Our records indicate your return was processed but discarded because the packaging was opened. Nonetheless, a refund has been approved and an email will be sent once the refund has been completed. Our records also show a store credit was also offered but declined. Again, we do apologize that we missed expectations and we appreciate you giving us a try.

  I bought six units and have used four so far. They help clear the air in our household. We live on a dirt road and also have a dog. So we have a lot of air to purify! My only complaint with the product is that Clarifion recommends using a plug that is five feet off the floor. Unfortunately most of my plugs are not that high. The units still work though! *****************************

  Excellent product and great customer service. I bought three units, placed one in the kitchen and one in my teenager son's room. My wife cooks a lot and my son's room, well, you get it. The reason I know that it's working well is because, besides my wife's cooking, my son's room is always reeks with sweaty laundries. After having placed the unit, the room clears significantly faster. About three weeks ago, the light of the unit in the kitchen suddenly went dim and eventually stopped a few days later. I called and explained to customer service. Received an email the next day from a gentleman indicated that the 30 days warranty has passed, however, he said it was abnormal for a unit to do that. He asked for the unit info and asked me to take a picture of the unit while plugged in. A few days later, I received an email informing that a replacement unit has been sent out. I honestly did not expected that, but really appreciated.

  I purchased my first set of three Clarifion devices about a year ago. It is amazing how much less dust I have in my home.Allergies are also a problem for me. Using Clarifion, I no longer have to take allergy meds. I recently ordered three more devices to cover more rooms in my home. Unfortunately two of the older devices stopped working the day my order arrived. That was disappointing! I do highly recommend this air filtration system. It truly works well.

  I bought 6 of the Clarifion air purification plug ins. After speaking to a close friend that told me after about two weeks they stop working. I immediately contacted company to cancel my order and was told it was too late. I then waited until I received order and had to call customer service and request a RMA . I did so. Then I was emailed and told to send my postal receipt to prove I had sent the items back. I have called and emailed customer service and have been given the run around about my refund. I then was told that I would have to pay a processing fee of $9.95 after I did exactly what I was supposed to do. I am asking for a full refund of $192.41. I had to pay $17.05 for return. Now they want $9.95 to take it back so I am losing $27 from my initial purchase price which is unacceptable. **************** makes it nearly impossible to return an item and charging outrageous fees for a product that is defective. I was also threatened by ******* that if I did not send proof of tracking # that my return could get lost in the warehouse and it would result in delay of refund. Also I think they use these tactics to threaten and scare the consumer so they will not return their product. I am asking for my full refund of $192.41 and I do not wish to have any further contact from this scam of a company. My order # was CF ****** . I paid through PayPal. Thank you ***********************

  I am definitely impressed with the Clarihon Arrclear Air Purifiers. I have 2 of their large units in my home plus 3 wall plug in ones. I have very bad allergies so they are helping me greatly plus keeping my home dust free. I would suggest these products for any home or office situation.! I bought 2 six pack products for Christmas last year for my 2 grown childrens home and they have thanked me for them, and said that they were working great ??
