  ********************* these things are far from cheap Purchased one for each room in *********** by one they stopped working Contacted CLARIFION and they want me to pay to ask questions about the product they sell when I have a problem Yes I am aware that customer service is not what it used to be, but this one goes over the top

  Purchased Clarifion's air purifiers 2 separate times. Have one in every room now. They are awesome. Helped clear my sinuses and alot less sneezing and coughing. No dust either. Highly recommend them.

  Ordered 3 by mistake, tried to cancel immediately, was told could not cancel I would have to returned. RETURNED PRIORIRY mail. Now they are saying backlog in Refunds? Product is cheap made in *****. Don't make a mistake. I will file complaints with Ftc, Att General, bbb etc.

  Love the concept but wish they were stronger. Living in Southern **** this time of year is a real challenge to your product. We are inundated with smoke from wild fires, pollen and lots of dirt from construction. My retreat is a small room that I close up and enjoy myself in my Clarifion treated room. I find this product does an adequate job in this 10x12 sewing room with the lint from my fabric. You might consider making quilters a focus group for advertising.

  SCAM!Ordered six air purifier units from Clarirfion and was billed for twelve. Tried calling but got recorded message which told me to send a single email as they are sooooo busy can't take message .Called four different numbers and all did the same thingnothing..The interesting thing is that they charged me for the first (Incorrect) amount, then gave me a smaller total and also billed me for that.I called this to the attention of CITI credit card company and was told that I would probably have to cancel my card due to Clarifion's apparent fraudulent actions. I didn't rate them as they don't deserve a single star!!!!!

  Best investment we have ever made for our health. Our breathing has improved and have had fewer colds and problems with allergies. Less dust also was a huge advantage. Just purchased another 3 to put in the spare bedroom our granddaughter sleeps in when she stays with us and one in the kitchen.

  I moved in to a newly constructed house in the fall and was constantly sneezing from the residual dust hanging around. I found Clarifion and liked the idea that it was quiet and basically invisible compared to other home purifiers. I started with a few and noticed a big difference so bought several more and just love them. I did have one that stopped working (the blue light no longer showed) and contacted the company who promptly sent me a replacement! When plugged in there is a blue glow that also works like a night light! Love these.
