    I wanted to recovery family photo off an old phone so I went on site ordered with my bank debit card . The link they sent to me after download never would open so I asked for my money back within same hour of purchase. And keep in mind I pay with my bank debit card now they send back and asked me for my bank account number my routing number some other numbers it doesn't even pertain to my order and I'm just thoughtful they just scamed me out of my money

    This company I was using trying to track my lost sister, iit was not efficient in help the detectives and me find my sisters. I have never used the product, and have been charged twice. annually I thought the subscription was cancelled and just left it alone. now i'm being charged again, requesting a refund again with no response or recognition, and no way to cancel my subscription.

    On July 31, 2024 I purchased the AnyUnlock Download to unlock my phone. I inadvertantly bought it for an IPhone but I have an Android. I realized my mistake as soon as I opened the program and I contacted them through the refund support link. They responded quickly and opened a ticket on Aug 1, per their 24 hour policy. And despite numerous attempts to log into my account to check the status it won't allow me in. I tried to submit another refund request and it doesn't allow me to submit it while the other ticket is still open. I was charged $42.39 for a product that I never used and

    Okay well since getting a refund for your product isn't possible I feel the best course of action so make sure it doesn't happen to anybody else.. ****** review from *******************:iMobie - "I recently used the service to attempt and unlock on an android, well it's been many months now I've attempting to get my money back to no resolve so not so reason I guess. They continue to dance around showing out any money to dissatisfied customer and the service didn't even work. Would have advice probably just get a new phone Don't bother with these stingy unconcerned losers using auto replies while eating their bonbons. -****************"

    Software offered to recover data on phone. Software corrupted phone and made the problem worse. No response from company. I filed tickets, no response. I tried to put in a request for refund and recompensation for damages, but it wont let me contact them, due to "open ticket" that company has refused to answer. They say 24 hours. It has been many days and no response.

    i bought a unlock program from them one that was a temp program and a second one which was suppose to be the full program one cost me ************************ 69 neither program worked so i requested a refund they refunded me the 43 one but still (over a month later) and i still have notr recieved my 69 refund they sent me credit notes (Which my bank will not accept) ive been waitoing on my bank to refunbd me the money for over 2 weeks now.....dont buy nothing from this company they will scam ur money and NOT return it for false advertising of a program that doesnt do what its suppose too.....
