            I cancelled my membership at the end of July, within 5 business days. The camp did not honor the 5 business, indicating they also included weekends for their 'business days'. I have been waiting for a confirmation to cancel for more than 2 weeks. They told me there is a $200 cancellation fee because I did not notify them in time. The camp charged my credit card for the month of August. They have not cancelled my membership as I requested. I never received an invoice of their last charge. Honestly the gym is very dirty, they do not clean regularly after each person uses the equipment. There is ONE trainer for sometimes more than 30 people working out. In my observation proper form is not always looked at. There is room for injuries if you do not employ proper form. This has been a bad experience for me, because of their lack of communication when I requested to cancel my membership. They’ve been known to take money by not canceling memberships as scheduled and no billing notice
