    I subscribed to Willow tv to watch *************************. They are advertising that *********** *** be watched on "willow tv". After signing up when I could not see any live broadcast, I am being told to subscribe to "********" and they give me a half off code. It is either their own platform where you have to further subscribe to access live********. I have the signing up email saying world cup******** access. Now I have cancelled my subscription but I want my $10 back. They also do not have any contact number, what kind of a service registered in ************* does not have a number to call? A sham one for sure. I want my refund. Thank you.

    Ours is a recurring subscription and the bills are generated in a 30 days cycle. All cancellations are required to be cancelled at customer end or communicate to us before the bill is generated. Customer processed cancellation post billing cycle for the User ID *********************** and we confirm that the customer card will not be billed henceforth.

    Enclosed Cancel confirmation, customer communication and termsofUse attachment for reference. Therefore, I request you to undo the chargeback and credit us the amount.

    We confirm that you will be able to watch all the events listed in our willow fixtures except the series mentioned (Live Coverage only On Willow HD TV Channel) for which we do not have broadcasting rights online.

    This company makes it very difficult to cancel your subscription be careful with them. To cancel your subscription you have to email them and ask them to cancel. Then they replied the next day asking why I want to cancel. I told them I just want to cancel because I am no longer interested in it, I got no more replies from them only for a few days later I notice that I am being charged for another month. Then I contact them and they are telling me after this new month is up they will cancel it. Keep from this company they are dishonest

    I canceled on the 1st of October not the 3rd and I have the evidence to show. They even replied to me on the 2nd of October saying if I am sure that I want to cancel because they have an interesting lineup of sports coming up. And I replied telling them to cancel it. They make it so difficult to cancel because you have to email them that is the only way to cancel. And they choose when to reply. But I requested the cancelation before the billing cycle had finished so that I would not have been charged a new month. And they waited until the 3rd when the new cycle was to start and charged me again. I would never go back to willow tv
