      Good morning my name is ***** ***** Letellier ******** I want to complaint on Gmail account I have ******************************** because this people wants to charged me money for the mail to be arrived on my mail the ad say is free but they are charging me $2.00 dollars for the space, I had a family member that has the same account on a different email and is ove ****** mail and gmail do not charged the same on that person but they are charging me for the space this is discrimination I have a proof they are doing this. Also Gmail told me if I do not paid the space they are not going to let not mails in to my account that reply back to me this is not the first time this emails are doing this ******** and yahoo .com has hacked and was doing the same thing denying my account not letting me log in I need this problem to be fixe because I always receive emails and request on my emails and if this people are charging me for steal my money needs to be closed down because nobody gets charge money for receiving mails on the emails. I am very disappointed and very upset because I cant get any emails on my account because I have to paid the space is ridiculous. It needs to be investigated and close this business because my job and more is in my email they cannot stop my email.

      I signed up for a free trial of Google Workspace Essentials for my domain. The trial period has ended. I am now trying to cancel the subscription, but Google's system is preventing me from doing so. Every time I attempt to access the Admin Console to cancel, I am redirected to a page that asks for my credit card information, with no option to proceed or cancel without paying. I have tried all available support channels, including the support bot and the contact forms, but they have all redirected me to the same payment page. This is a billing issue because I am being trapped in a service I cannot cancel and am concerned about being billed for a service I no longer want."

      my google account was hacked and google's polcy of removing the hackers phone numbers from my account is extremely anti-consumer

      Members from Play Store Support have decided upon themselves to continue to deny the allowance of my play cards to be very redeemed. Act of retaliation when I sought an explanation.       I received not one but two bad reviews on my business ********* used Appliances from someone I do not know or have dealt with. Calls me on 8/21/2025 claiming he's looking for a dryer part. I told him to text me a picture of what he was talking about and he got frustrated and said he will go elsewhere and hung up the phone. half hour later google notifies me about a bad review (2) from the same guy. I just talked to this guy so I called him didn't know for sure if it was him. He wouldn't answer the phone and said "What's Up" I texted back and said did you leave that review and he admitted he did and proceeded to say I harassed him two months ago!!! Really then why are you calling me about a part. It's all bogus he wasn't looking for anything. My problem is this is the second time this has happened in the last 12 months fake reviews and I'm tired of it. I've been around longer than Google has and they are making it to easy for people to make false reviews like they are judge jury and executioner. We dealt with the BBB if a customer had a problem, now it's this c*** that is going on. I want Google to remove my review page good and bad and not allow anyone to post reviews this is a joke. I believe it's someone that I got in a spat over a ******** issue and they track my name back to my business and leave negative reviews. It is not supposed to work this way, a few years back someone permanently closed my business which I did not and they reinstated it. Google can ruin a persons ***utation when they had done nothing wrong a *** from Google needs to call me at the number listed and get this resolved. In 40 years I've never had a complaint lodged against me from the BBB, and now I've got 5 bad reviews from whiners or spoofs. We don't even take emails or text anymore you have to call me 70% of it is scammers. This guy called and texted me at 1:30 in the morning to **** me off . I have filed a police ***ort of the same. His name is **** ********

      Firstly we would like to thank Google for offering the "Google for Non Profits Option" to 502c entities that meet their requirements. After approving us after several months of hard fought compliance, we have been trying to utilize the services offered to no avail. We have contacted them but they also make contacting them only via automated how to menus which do not work. We have not been able to use any of the services offered to me and the organization since May to ** despite trying and following their instructions. We have NO telephone or contact info.       I complained before about the shadow banning and was ignored as its still ongoing! I'm paying for premium services and I've not violated any "terms of service". Googles determination of "violation" is subjective depending on if opinions generally conform to a leftist world view; a censored account then has actions extended to all other platform activity regardless of if any terms are broken. It's a impossible standard to expect people to say things that conform with someone else's ideology, and its immoral.This has extended from Google Maps to now ALL my ******* comments are CENSORED too.I posted a experience with a Doctor *** is negligently operating on people and it's being hidden from the the public without Google saying it, "shadow banning". I know this by looking at the review in "incognito", and its not visible!URL:***************************************** "I had a failed blepharoplasty here where there was insufficient anesthetic administered because I was in excruciating pain and he proceeded anyway instead of verifying I was in a proper state to even have the incisions done. Others have also complained of his barbaric approach. I now have a retracted eyelid due to his unnecessary and excessive removal of skin. I now have a botched eye and uneven face and hes so cruel that he doesn't really care when his deficient skills cause people suffering. Do yourself a favor and look at his medical license on the state of FL DOH website and the various complaints he has that are public record."I'm considering action on this matter as Google continues suppressing patient experiences and is jeopardizing safety of the public by hiding these outcomes so that patients cannot make informed decisions. ****** now has numerous complaints on his M.D. license from harmed patients, he's at risk of losing his license but since he pays for ********************** ads, you're enabling him to appear to have a better reputation then is accurate and thus continue to hurt and injure people!

      Google has removed direct support assistance and rely solely on AI chat bots when issues occur. Specifically as a Gemini user, this removes access and instead creates severe barriers for those with disabilities such as Autism where communication and language is nuanced and requires direct support when unusual circumstances occur such as random outages. As an autistic PAID user, we have been promised and assured support when errors occur, but the ai systems only generate generic information that has nothing to do with the issue that is occurring and this disrupts an autistic person's ability to receive actual help. There are no live representatives and AI is not designed to support the autistic community. I pay $20/month for services and have experienced severe challenges with technical outages, but they have created barriers in reporting and technical support requests for those in the disabled community, violating **** and violating the false advertising protections. The company utilizing solely AI Chat bots is not aligned with true transparency and support for technical issues.
