      Strong armed to pay Google for something I did not buy and dont want to buy. First I inquired about a new email for a business, selected name I am interested in. It was available it display for a cost of $12 annual. Selected this option, next page the cost jumped to $19.50 per month. I did not want the bate and switch. So I exit. When I attempted to log into my regular email, the page for the $19.50 per month sign up jumped up. Now it continues to spam me, and It has kidnapped my other emails with Google making it my administrator. I cant access my other emails, I dont want the $19.50 per month at all. But the system is strong arming me to accept it. Called Google 24/7 support, it only wants to send me back to that $19.50 page. Google is set up to rob consumers like me of $19.50 we never asked for or agree to. This is charging me ****** for my established email sites.

      Pretty similar to one of my previous complaints, My gmail account was compromised but good thing i have 2 factor authentication with my phone number for better security right? Wrong. My phone is literally linked with my gmail account ************************ I have a code sent and then they give me the option to send a password reset link to the very same account i am trying to reset the password on because i have been hacked. My gmail is *********************** and my phone number associated is **********. I cant do anything to log in. I have my bank account associated with the account, i have my phone carrier associated, I literally have everything linked to the account. Whats the best they can do? an automated system that is a never ending loop despite having 2fa and my phone number linked and my phone attached to the gmail.. My contacts, my messaging app for tmobile... literally everything. There is no way for me to talk to anyone. I need my account back as it literally is the only way for me to access anything I own IRL. I have been at this specifically for almost 13 hours. I need someone to help me. I am at my wits end.

      I have been reporting videos and channels that have bullied, harassed me for over 2 years by a ***** ******* from ********************************************************************, and nothing is being done. She has posted that I am a woman abuser, pedophiler, hacker, scammer, and so many more lies to discredit me and my business. She is now posting videos of my businesses, which is hurting them financially. How would Google like it if I started sharing videos that you condone this behavior? I am sure a lawyer will get in touch with you fast. I can't take much more of this. She even has videos using an underage photo of a 15-year-old. This woman is a psychopath. I am not the only one, she is going or has gone after ****** Plimbley, ***** Plimbley, ******* *******, **** *******, *** *******, a **** woman, and many others. She changes and deletes stuff as she goes after new people. All her channels need to be removed, and this action stopped, or I will be forced to show a legal team all the reports I have sent, thousands of them, and nothing has been done. I attached pictures, one of which says I drove a woman to suicide. This woman is mentally ill. Everything she posts is lies to get subscribers or followers, who knows. Here are her channels; see for yourself, since your AI reporting does nothing.*************************************** ******************************************************** **************************************** ************************************************ *********************************************** Please remove this woman from ******* and stop the harassment and bullying.       Ths complain is in reference to ********** which is now completely under the control of Google. Our account repeatedly kicks us out for being "out of area" in spite of not being out of area, not moving and not logging in elsewhere. Our viewing area changes randomly from *************** to ********* - an area we do not live in and have never have been to. i have spent hours on multiple devices trying to correct the with no change - we are locked out. Tonight we were attempting to watch a football game and were kicked out more than 10 times. there is absolutely zero customer support - no phone number to call for help and online support is generic and completely useless. We pay too much money for this subscription to have absolutely wretched service and no means of contacting anyone for assistance.

      My personal Google account has been compromised by unknown third parties who have gained unauthorized and warrantless access to my private information. Despite repeatedly contacting Google customer service about this unlawful hacking, the company continues to allow these unauthorized individuals access to my account and locks me out of the account during random periods forcing multiple account recoveries.Specific Details:1. Unauthorized Account Access: Third parties have gained access to my personal Google account without my permission or legal authorization.2. Corporate/Family Link Addition: Google appears to have added my personal account to a work organization or family link without my consent, despite my repeated notifications about the security breach.3. Theft and Distribution of Proprietary Materials: The unauthorized parties have stolen and are selling or publicly sharing my personal, proprietary, and legal materials, including: (a) Work product materials related to active legal claims and confidential documents, which have been appropriated and reproduced by others; (b) materials related to legal claims have been shared with opposing parties in legal proceedings; (c) my personal information has been leaked and distributed without authorization.Google's Inadequate Response: Despite multiple notices to Google customer service about these security violations, the company has failed to secure my account or prevent continued unauthorized access.This appears to involve 9 business email impersonation and spoofing tactics, where scammers gain access to accounts to obtain passwords and sensitive information. The ongoing nature of this breach and Google's failure to address it adequately has resulted in significant privacy violations and potential interference with legal proceedings.I request that the BBB investigate this matter and take appropriate action against both the unauthorized parties and Google's inadequate security response.

      On 7/30 my Gfiber got cut by a termite company. Gfiber sent a technician within a few hours who ran a new fiber across ***************** and the sidewalkson both sides of the road, and said they would return and ***** it "in a few days." My Next-door neighbor (***************************************) ALSO has a cable stretched across the street and sidewalk, so the trip hazard is doubled. Also, the signal through this temporary installation is not very stable. I called again on 8/16, when my other neighbors began complaining of the trip hazard. Gfiber said they'd come finish "next week." I called again on 8/20 and asked again, and was told I'd be contacted within 72 hrs. I called again 8/25 (that is, after 120 hrs) and was told there was no record of my work being scheduled. I gave Gfiber the Case Number (*******) and was told it will be repaired 8/26, and that I would be contacted by a supervisor. I have heard nothing to this date 8/30.**** ******** ************************************************************************** ************

      Fraud......1000's of charges to my cashapp card from Google play that were not made by me, I get between 10 and 30 charges a day and they've been doing this for over a year and continue to do it and I want answers and a lawsuit for the 1000's and 1000's and 1000's of fraudulent charges to my cashapp card made by google

      On July 7, 2025, I purchased a year of recording service for Google Nest door camera for $159.90 and it worked fine. Exactly one month later it stopped working and everything that had been previously recorded was gone. I called customer service and they were no help. I asked that service resume for the next eleven months that was already paid or pro-rate the balance and return the money. The customer service *** seemed bewildered and was not helpful. She did state she "send it up for an answer". That was over three weeks ago and I have not received any response.

      In August 2024, I paid for a subscription for an application available through the Google Play store. The app was an e-card provider called card snacks. I paid the the e year's subscription fee on full. On August 27, 2025, I received an email that my subscription was renewed and my credit card had been charged ***** as of August 20, 2025. This was the first and only notice I received about renewal of this subscription. I immediately canceled the subscription, and I filed a refund request with Google Play.Their refund system is awful. It provides no ability to add comments, and the only option provided that was remotely close was that I didn't want it. Google reviewed my request and denied it due to the terms of their refund policy. Google provided no method to further dispute the decision or the charge. This is terrible in many respects. 1) I was given no advanced notice to review before being charged. 2) I wasn't notified of the charge until 7 days after it hit my credit card. 3) I have no mechanism to tell Google what happened, so denied me on grounds that I just didn't want the item.I work in finance. If we charge someone without clear advanced notice, we go to jail. And if a customer cancels something immediately, it gets refunded. End of story. This is **** poor by Google. I'd like a refund, but this isn't about the money. This is awful service.

      I have, what I believed to have canceled *** Sunday ticket. The image shows expiration date. Expiration, to me, means ended, finished. Google did not have a renewal date posted, or I would have canceled again. They not only charged me, but overcharged me by 100 dollars. Their renewal states 379 with *********** which I clearly have. I have contacted them numerous times, with zero replies from Google. Please help me get a refund, if not in full, then the 100 dollars Ive been overcharged. I would also like *** Sunday ticket canceled from any future renewals, since apparently, expired with no listed renewal date doesn't mean what it states. Thank You for your attention to this matter.
