      They scammed me via a promotion. I was promised a 100$ Amazon gift card for receiving there blood pressure monitor and performing 5 tests on 5 different days within two weeks of receiving equipment. I performed these tests on 5 consecutive days upon receiving the equipment and called for my Amazon gift card. The male operator verified my tests were all registered and stored within the two weeks and Id receive my gift card via email after 8 weeks. I waited nearly 16 weeks and called again. This time the operator says shes reviewed my readings and I received my equipment on the 14th and all had to be completed by the 28th and my 5th reading was on the 29th. This is insanity 1)because I performed these tests on 5 consecutive days upon receipt of the equipment and 2) because it had already been verified as properly completed previously by another operator. They were not willing to acknowledge this and basically told me I was lying and wrong.

      I ordered the Livango glucose meter as a work related frindge benefit. Please note that this complaint has nothing to do with that peice of it rather it has everything to do with the quality of what was received.The meter I received today was damaged out of teh box with noteable/visable sratches to the case. When I performed a fingersick I was given a reading of <20. This is a very bad reading and indicates some major issues. 3 additional finger sticks later and no change. I called into Livango to ***ort the issue and initally was asked to wait a moment and then the person hung up on me. All the while getting calls from health coaches about this the bad readings and worrying that Livango may call EMS to my home due to these results. After the previous *** hung up I called back and asked that my membership be terminated. It still has yet to be terminated and to that end I am asking for this complaint to function as a means to help terminte this.While the concept of digital health management is one which I see alot of promise in--I cant risk trusting a glucometer which was delivered with visable damage, giving erounous readings, and a lack luster at best support team. The company leaders behind this need to see this feedback and hopefully use it to evolve and adapt.

      My insurance sent a informational sheet on Livongo site and it said no cost scale. I signed up for it. According to the customer service representative signing up for the scale automatically entered me into their monthly fee program. I never installed/used/downloaded an ap to use the scale, but they have charged 11 times so far to my insurance provider, even though I have never spoken with a representative, (until I call regarding the billing), never direct messaged, sent an email, or used any of their services. I attempted to sign in on their website which did not let me. The representative also said she couldn't tell me when the billing would stop. She stated I would received an email in a few days to tell me when.

      Did not provide $150 ****** gift card after signing up for blood pressure monitor and meeting their other requirements. I called customer support and they said that I would get a response soon. Never did.

      I joined the Livongo weight loss program and had nothing but trouble from the beginning. Poor customer service, many times taking weeks to answer and not answer my questions when I did receive a response. My own coach never answered any of my inquiries. I was always told to read (I can do that without paying with my insurance, etc.) and customer service never reads what other **** finally respond to and each tells me to do something different. Two scales that were sent me had issues and I finally gave up with the scales, app etc. and decided to end the program. I was told to dispose of the scale. Since then, I've had several calls each telling me to send back or dispose. Several email telling me how to "fix" the problem and some are a canned email scripted (same verbiage.) This program is garbage and customer service is horrible. I've asked them to stop sending me "how to fix" email and calls. They once again are sending a label asking to return the scale after I have said and forwarded email their customer said to dispose of. Each time I reply, several days later, I get the canned responses how to fix and then dispose again. I noticed in complains here, they will respond they are in contact but if their contact is like I'm explaining, it is not resolving the issue.

      they sent me a letter promising an amazon gift card only to add restrictions later on. just like many other complaints on here this company sends you a promise of a gift card with the caveat that you use their service at least 5 times within 2 weeks, i did that and all of a sudden theyre saying i had to check my blood glucose in 5 separate days when their letter never stated that, it only said to check the blood glucose 5 times within 2 weeks of receiving the meter. I checked it SEVEN times and the system recorded it. I was told I didn't meet requirements and didn't qualify.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I met all requirements outlined by Livongo to be awarded the $50 amazon gift card. The requirement that I check my blood glucose on 5 separate days was never a requirement to qualify for the gift card. This bogus stipulation/requirement was stated AFTER I met all necessary criteria with the intention to avoid payment to me. I am not the first ******** to have this exact complaint towards Livongo on the BBB site.

      As previously stated we have been in touch with the member about the missed requirements that resulted in them not qualifying for the incentive. That requirement was detailed in the fine print of the enrollment flyer stating, "To receive your gift card, you must register by the specified deadline date and perform 5 blood glucose checks on 5 different days within 2 weeks of receiving your Welcome Kit". There were readings recorded by the member, but not on 5 separate days within the first two weeks.

      Hello, Im enrolled in the Livongo Program. Ive ordered blood test strips for my diabetes from TELADOC ***** ********* ,**. The order was only supposed to take 5 days to get to my home. The order was put in on 1-16-2025.The order was then sent out 1-22-25. Taking 6 days just to ship.On 1-24-25 the order sat at *********,******** until January 30th. By this time Ive completely run out of blood strips to check my blood sugar.I rely on Livongo to keep my sugars in check so I dont pass due to diabetes.Ive called Livongo twice and every time they said the order was going to be delivered that day. But I still have not received my ******** blood strips are still on the way.I have not checked my blood sugar in 24 hours because I have not received my order. It will be Sunday tomorrow so I know I wont receive my order until atleast 2-3-2025 making me wait 18 days assuming I will get my order 2-3-2025. Making me wait over 70 hours to check my blood sugar. I cannot afford a new meter and strips to check on my sugar levels and I have to guess how much insulin to take until I get the item. All the while going to work.I receive Livongo benefits through my employer at the ******** consumer products in ************ *********** complaining because this is very hazardous to my health and Ive put my trust, health, and safety in Livongo to keep me healthy. I will provide the tracking number.USPS also has been slow with the order as well leaving my package at its other facility and not delivering on the day is says it will. But this all started and got delayed with Livongos 3rd party shipper whatever that may be.

      Ive ask 3 times to cancel subscription with no response. Tried calling one hour wait. Emailed customer service 3 times no response. Its a scam On my insurance company maybe they can do something i dont know. I dont even know what the service is or if there is one besides a worthless app.
