As the picture states, I followed all of the steps to be able to get a $100 gift card. Since I am a post kidney transplant and manage my blood pressure, I still use this service considering it is meant to be free for ********** blue shield insurance holders. I never got the $100 gift card and whenever I talked to a rep, they always try and add qualification or change the requirement to get it. Luckily, I kept the email they initially sent so they cant lie about the promotion.The first rep told me that it would take 8 weeks to receive the gift card from the 25th which is when I doubled their required blood pressure take. Also, that is not in any fine print of the promotional email. I thought after you completed everything, they send you the card. Fast forward to February 27, I never got the gift card and when I tried to follow it up the costumer service representative tried to rudely tell me I didnt meet the requirements to get it but as stated above I had their original promotional email right in front of me.She tried to state that it had to be 5 consecutive days which is a lie. She later escalated it to the higher *** and apologized multiple times. Funny because the other 3 rep I spoke to found ways to also disqualify me. 1. Keep your email of the promotion. If you do not have it, they will try and change the promotional requirements to disqualify you. 2. They will also claim thats its an email gift card and not a physical one. Never got one and keep record of it. I personally think that its a shady practice of getting people to sign up for the program on which is supposed to be a partner with my health insurance. I would like this resolve and not escalated to the higher ***. Send what you promised to the people or just dont bait them into a sign up.You he promotions is at the picture I uploaded.Also, every rep has told me eventually that I met all the requirements when you press them enough. Lol
