Thieves. Attempted to withdraw ****** from my account then billed me for insufficient funds. I spent first day 6 hours on the phone being given the run around, without any help. I eventually got ahold of lady named ****** in *************** and submitted docs. She tells me give me two days and i will call back. Two days go by and they attempted to withdraw another ******. I call again to the number provided by ****** which turns out to be ******************* and spend, spend 3 hours being given the run around from payroll to payment, back and fourth. ****************** proceeds to tells me they cannot transfer me to the to ********* and give me a new number. I call the number and it the payment department again. I demand to speak from someone in Risk and stay on hold for 1 hour a until somebody from Risk eventually by name of ****** proceeds to answer and scream at me stating that I'm wrong and they deposited funds they're trying to get back. Again, same thing. She states she needs to research the issue. On and on it goes. Never ends. Scammers and swindlers. Stay away from this terrible company at all costs.

On 7/1, I received an e-mail from *** stating that my AZ Unemployment Tax payment in the amount of $2.01 was due by 7/31. I logged in a couple weeks later and the payment is completely missing from the Payroll Section. I am in the state of ******* and in ******* they do not require a payment to be sent in for anything under $10 however, in past quarters I would click the "pay" button and QBO would do an adjustment to zero out the transaction since the amount due is under $10 and then they would add the adjusted transaction to my register so it is properly reflected under the payroll liabilities section of my balance sheet.I called approximately 8-9 representatives last week to get this issue resolved only to have a bigger issue now because the representatives keep making incorrect changes to my account. One representative tried to record the tax payment and when he did, it said our unemployment tax is overpaid by $0.11. The next representative deleted the previous representatives tax payment entry and tried to re-add the tax payment. This time it is saying the unemployment tax is overpaid by $4.02! I was able to file the corresponding AZ UC-018 form with the State of Arizona but I still need the tax due of $2.01 to be recorded in my register with an adjustment since I am not required to send in a payment under $10. In the 1st quarter, *** actually withdrew $2.01 from our account instead of doing the automatic adjustment that they've always done in past quarters since any payments due under $10 are not required to be remitted to the State of *******. I didn't make a big deal of it because they added the transaction to my register and I was still able to reconcile at the end of the month since the $2.01 they withdrew matched the $2.01 entry they added to my register for the Unemployment Tax. I have 3 open cases regarding this issue (one case was supposedly "escalated") and there has been no resolution at all. This company is awful!

After 25 years as a loyal QuickBooks Desktop user, I feel compelled to express my deep disappointment with the direction Intuit has taken. QuickBooks was once an indispensable tool that supported small business owners like myself. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. The forced migration from the desktop version to a subscription-based online platform has been disheartening. Not only is the online version stripped of key functionality, but my data including years of important attachments did not transfer correctly. That loss alone has been devastating.Worse, I endured one of the most frustrating customer service experiences of my professional life: over five hours on hold, multiple transfers, and ultimately a disconnection without resolution. When I did reach someone who could assist, I was told that my years of attachments could not be recovered or ************** make matters worse, the only remaining supported desktop version QuickBooks ****************** now costs over $2,000 a year. This is completely unrealistic for sole proprietors and small businesses like mine that dont need enterprise-level tools. Were left with the option of an overpriced solution we dont need, or a stripped-down online version that cant preserve our historical records. This transition has not only been time-consuming and stressful it has fundamentally changed how I view Intuit. QuickBooks no longer feels like a product made for small businesses or sole proprietors. It feels like weve been priced out, ignored, and pushed ******** breaks my heart to say this, but I can no longer recommend QuickBooks. What was once a trusted product has become a source of frustration and lost productivity.I urge Intuit to reconsider this direction and re-invest in the small business community that helped build your success.

I used Intuit Turbo Tax on-line for my 2023 tax return. I also paid for access to talk to tax experts if I had any questions. I called the tax experts a few times as I was facing a $6880 amount I needed to pay the **** The third time I called, I asked if there was anything else I could deduct, and was told no. This was the first year doing my taxes after going into business for myself. This $6880 upended my life yet finally paid it off, with much difficulty. When doing taxes for 2024, I reached a very helpful tax consultant at Intuit Turbo Tax, and I had to pay $681. I asked the consultant why I paid so much for 2023, we looked at my return, amended it, and 4 months later I received $6100 from the ***. I complained and wanted the fees refunded I paid for 2023. This was mid-February, a representative called me, assured me that they would refund the total amount, to the credit card I had used. I advised her the credit card I used was no longer, she assured me the process would be to refund the card, and if the account is no longer open then, I woukd be issued a check. I was told it could be 6-8 weeks. I called again on the beginning of April and was told I needed to fill out a a refund request, I asked if there was anything in the notes this process had begun as I was advised and was told no. I called another time in April with someone who knew what they were talkin about, and said the refund was still in process. June 30th I called to inquire, asked a supervisor, was told the check was sent out April 30th. I was like this is June 30th, he said he would have the check re-issued, hopefully they could overnight the check. It was not withing his power, a supervisor of customer service, to have the check overnighted, yet he notated to rush the process. One department cannot contact another to effectively deal with escalated situations. How frustrating, I guess I will be lucky to receive the check by the end of September? I hope so.

Their TurboTax platform was unable to handle my personal filing, so they cancelled my order without filing, deleted all my current year tax info, and then proceeded to try and bill me for services.

Intuit Quickbooks Online ripped me off and will not make good. I noticed recently they had been double billing me for two years! My mom was dying at the time, and I wasn't watching my bank account like a hawk, didn't think I needed to. But sure enough there were double charges going back to Dec. 2023. They did refund me for 6 months but absolutely refused to refund any farther, even though they acknowledged it was their fault. After 6 hours on the phone with them, and three different people, and after jumping through their online refund submission form (which took another hour as I had to enter each one individually), they flat refused, and even the supervisor claimed to have no way to pursue the issue further. This is inexcusable for a so-called professional company. They stole money from me, plain and simple. Don't let them steal from you!

Do not use this service. They stole my money and never filed my taxes. Now I owe $689 dollars in fees from the ***. They claim they never took the money out of my bank even though it shows the deduction from them.
