  Im a self-employed model, and out of nowhere I received a notice saying I owed over $****** in back taxes.   Ive been working with ****** on my taxes since 2018, when he filed my ******** returns. Recently I was in a panic because the state started garnishing my W-2 and I didnt even have all of my W-2s or 1098s for my mortgage interest.
