I dropped my grandson off Monday Dec 20, 2021 at 1:30. He had been at his mother's home in ********* for around 40 days, He was at his mother's home, after a car accident, and detoxing before going to Nirvana Rehab. He died December 23 at around 11:00 pm.The staff let someone in, this person dropped off some drugs, they found ***** an hour later in the bathroom dead. The sheriffs have this person on video, and they know who he is. An Autopsy is still on going. Yes ***** was a drug addict, but they are not suppose to let him go outside, or let anyone in, especially another drug addict or dealer whatever you want to call him. The county should shut this place down, it is still hard to take this in, my daughter is beside herself. Yes he choose to take the drug, but this could of been stopped. Sincerely *********************
