            My child is a patient at this Dr ******* He was seen on 9-18-23 for immunotherapy allergy injection shots. The office administrated my child's immunotherapy allergy injections into another patient, they did not verify the other patients name and date of birth prior to injecting that person with 4 shots. The office staff is grossly incompetent that they allowed this to happen. They do not verify which patient they are injecting prior to giving the shots and they have no proper protocols in place to ensure this doesn't happen. The office did nothing to fix the situation, nor apologize, nor replace my child's shot serum for there mistake. I want this to be acknowledged the danger that they put patients and minor patients in due to the lack of proper protocols of validating patient names.
