    A week ago I left my bank card information on the www.feedspot.com platform. It said I was going through a 7 day pay-per-view period, after which a $1.79 monthly subscription would be activated.On 04/04 my card was charged $21.52 for an annual subscription to their service. That's not what I ordered. I sent a letter to their email and also left a text message on their feedback form. I didn't get a reply.I am in *******, in the frontline area. I need the money, please help me in solving the issue of returning my funds back to my card!My details on the feedspot: ***************************

    Feedspot is sharing protected health information regarding a diagnosis on their website. Per correspondence it has been over 30days of me requesting that this is removed from their website. They are clearly against law.

    Customer had submitted her site for inclusion in Feedspot's top blog list in August 2019

    She emailed asking to remove her site from Feedspot database in February 2023.

    We made the necessary changes and emailed her. (see our attached email communication)

    I received a notification that I began making automatic payments to feedspot via paypal for the "preapproved amount" of $57.52 - but have no knowledge or recollection of signing up for this website or service. I especially would not have connected my paypal account to any website that requires $60/month to use, no matter what it was. I would like a refund for the amount billed, in addition to cancelation of any automatic payments going forward.

    Customer subscribed for annual Pro plan in December 2022. We have attached the welcome email sent to the customer, and the confirmation email from Paypal stating a recurring subscription was created.

    We offer a trial period of 7 days, during which customer can cancel anytime.

    ********************** has a no refund policy for subscriptions.

    Customer canceled subscription in January 2023, and hasn't been charged since.

    i wouldnt have signed up if i saw $35.90 because i only make barely ******! so that is gone from my bank account

    Hi! Looking at my bank statement today I see ********? HAS REFUNDED MY $35.90
    THANK YOU FOR BEING here for us, I think they realized, The Money thing was not visible, when I thought I just signed up to learn about new ideas.

    I caught a transaction from Feedspot.com on November 14, 2022 on my debit card for $3.99. I dont know this company or how they got my account information. Please cancel and refund.

    We canceled the subscription and refunded the fee. (refund receipt attached)
